Had all of my dins set differently and also had one of my ski binding not fit the right size for my boots, causing double ejections left and right before I got it corrected on the mountain. Caused huge cut down my leg and needed to buy new tights and ski pants. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Go to Christy sports or something else not worth injuring yourself and needing to buy new gear. read more

He took careful measurements, was patient with my picky mom, and even showed us how to adjust the boots properly (from top to bottom). Several people in our group rented skis from Breeze in Frisco. Zack helped us and was amazing. We have used other rental shops in the past, but we will always use Breeze going forward. We used the online pre order via Yelp and got the discounted rate for skiis which is just the going rate among of slope rental places. So prices were good to status quo. Once we arrived at check out time the day prior they had 3 employees working rentals. We could see signage for pre ordered equipment but we were thrown in the line with all pre orders and walk ins. This accumulated into being a 1 hour process, even with the sending in our sizes ahead of time. I thought the pre order would allow them to put packages together, you walk in, confirm size, pay and walk out. This was not the case and the process worked similar to trying shoes on at Payless where understaffed personnel run around trying to help multiple customers. Rental went fine and prices were comparative but I may use another business next time. Breeze is convenient and had multiple locations for trade ins. read more

Came in as a walk-in on Christmas Day, number of staff was limited but awesome service. I would highly recommend. Epso (?) and Joey helped us rent 3 ski "sets". They were very helpful. The location is very convenient off of I-70. Prices were very reasonable, good savings vs renting from one of the nearby ski resort itself. Rented from this place because it's half the price of renting at breck. Now I know why. I paid more for the "nicer board" and they gave me a board with a binding that just does not work. My friends and I came here several times during our trip. I didn't know we would stop by here and had gotten my ski rentals at Copper. But they have good prices. They also have a great selection of snow gear and boots. My friend was looking to buy a white helmet. She finally found one she liked but they didn't have her size. I forgot the woman's name who works behind the register (she also works at Safeway!) but she was really helpful! She checked the inventory and unfortunately they didn't have my friend's size. She then sent us to Epic, just a few blocks away, to check if they had the same helmet in her size. We went there and they did have 1 more helmet in stock. They even gave her a discount! read more

Walked in and signed up for ski rentals on their computer. Simply added my name, address, and shoe size to their database, printed the sheet, and was immediately led to a bench to be sized for shoes. The employees were incredibly helpful, offering shoe-fit advice as well as tips for gloves and ear buds. Beginner ski rentals for two days: around $50. Have a question? Just ask. Good for rental and soft product retail, bad for equipment. Brought skis in for tune up night before skiing, asked for whatever needs to be done to be done. Skis handed to me in morning, by the way your binding mount is broken. Why didn't anybody call me? Sorry, shoulda called. Can you fix? No. They offered me a rental at a discount, I said no, manager finally looked and simply says those skis are broken. I walk out. Long story short, skis are broken. So I am glad that they charged me to tune up broken skis. Otherwise these dudes have been great when I brought people in for rentals and when I have bought small things like socks. read more

Nice people. Think deal is reasonable at $30/day to rent basic snowboard package (if rent more than 1 day). Used the equipment and it is pretty fast and smooth on the mountain! Rental helmet's also offered at $5, a very good deal. Friendly and prompt staff. This place has good rentals but not many of a good deal to purchase and own. This place is fantastic. My husband and I stayed in Frisco for a weekend at Copper. I ended up choosing to rent at Breeze for their combo of cheap prices and good reviews.. and I lucked out. Make sure you book online 24 hours in advance at least! You get 20% off their normal pricing. We both rented snowboards and boots for some of the most reasonable prices I found in the area. We also both went the demo route (choose whatever boards we wanted). After getting our boots, we worked with Benjamin to pick out our boards. He was informative and helpful to getting us on boards that were similar to styles we're used to riding back home. After our first day out on the slopes, I realized my boots were way too small - my feet were falling asleep and just unbelievably painful. My board wasn't too great either. That night, we stopped back by the store. I was able to swap my boots for a larger size and grab another board set-up for no extra cost. Overall - the shop is pretty nice. The boots I had (both pairs) were comfy and dry without signs of too much wear. Boards were about the same - the top-sheets were a bit scratched up but the bases were almost pristine even though the boards were 1.5+ years old. They had a clearance box where we were able to grab some Spyder gloves for $15 (not a bad deal at all if you're familiar with the brand). read more

We went to the Frisco, CO location tonight around 7:20pm. We were planning on renting 3 full ski sets and an additional set of skis for boots we already had and an additional set of boots for skis we already had. The manager refused our business simply because he didn't feel like adjusting my daughter's skis to their boots because it takes about 20 minutes according to him and he said he didn't have time. It was 40 minutes until close. Not only did Cord, who told us his name was Drew when we went back in and asked, refuse our business because he was too lazy, but he was incredibly rude. Thank God we went back to copper mountain and walked into Rebel Sports Rental. The guys there were super helpful. If I were the owner of this company I'd like to know when managers are losing my company money simply because they are too lazy to do something. read more

This store tries their best to answer all questions and direct where you need to go. Especially Drew and Joey are very knowledgeable, so friendly. They will make you feel very secure and safe before you even get on the mountain. All of management has years of mountain sports under their belt. The vibe is very good and comfortable. Okay so my family and I went on a trip back in February and the guy Frank was AWFUL! He made fun of my brother who has club foot so one of his feet is smaller than the other and just was so rude so all of us. He wasn't clear with instructions and yelled at you when you didn't understand. Was very dissatisfied with the service. My brother had to go back 3 times to find skis because he kept giving him the wrong one and it still was never resolved my brother just ended up not even really skiing. The staff at Breeze didn't acknowledge my presence when I walked in to their empty store, with over 10 staff doing a variety of non-urgent activities. Once they realized we were there they asked if we had an online reservation and I said yes. It took several minutes for the 'main guy' to realized he had called us after we made our online reservation to tell us they were out of equipment. It was impossible to cancel the payment at the store for some bizarre reason and the guy in charge said he had no way to help us cancel the payment. Horrible service and we will not be using them again. We went over to their neighbors, Pioneer Sports, and they were awesome! Five stars for the service provided by their competitor. read more

They have good equipment and the prices a very good but my only problem was that my boots were extremly tight. They tell you to "bend your knees" which makes the boot feel less tight. I literally lost a finger nail because while I was not bending my knees the boots were way too tight. I had them on only for 3 hours, so if the boot feels tight dont let them tell you its "normal" . read more

I had a breeze coupon for 25% that Chris refused to honor. He tried to shame me that the difference is only 2-5 dollars. He was a serious jerk about it. Don't trust the breeze closest to the villages Breck. Use anyone else and get the discount your coupon says and good courteous service too, but not at this breeze store. Skis were not in good shape either. Couldn't get going fast enough to turn on them. Returned them, rented elsewhere and boom good serviced skis. read more
