And he blamed me, saying I didn't water it. I did. Everyday. Again, Greg was not concerned. His customer service is horrible!!!! Still no call (July 9) and no response to multiple phone messages. HORRIBLE communication and customer service. Will update if we ever hear back from this company. UPDATE: Owner's wife called in response to this post, not to my several unanswered phone calls. Work completed the following week. They did a beautiful job. Quality of work 5 stars.
