My email stated going forward we will only communicate via email as text messages are not good documentation for a $3K project (it is what he gave me without seeing the project). A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

Brian, the sales guy, was super easy to talk to, work with and helped us figure out what would work best for our space designing a Trex deck and pathway of pavers. James, the project manager, kept things moving, listened and stayed in touch throughout. And Oscar--the guy who actually did the pavers was very responsive and made a beautiful pathway! There were a couple parts that had to be redone, but they owned it and made sure everything got fixed properly. It's a testament to a business's commitment to customer service when they acknowledge a mistake and rectify the situation. Now our backyard looks completely different--in the best way. Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

I take pride in maintaining my lawn and have spent a significant amount of money keeping it healthy, and now the affected area no longer grows properly because of their negligence. What makes this even worse is how they handled it afterward. They came back, scraped the concrete off the surface, and apparently thought that magically fixed the damage underneath. When I called the company to address the issue professionally, I was met with a dismissive "sorry about that" before they hung up on me mid-conversation. That tells you everything you need to know about this business. No accountability, no integrity, no respect for other people's property, and no interest in making things right once they cause damage. If this is how they treat someone whose property they damaged, imagine how they'll treat you once they already have your money. There are too many contractors out there to gamble on one that behaves like this. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
