Each time I took off work to meet them to no avail - no followup, no text, no NOTHING!!! How do pathetic companies like this make money at all ??? if their communication or lack thereof is indicative of their service, STEER CLEAR OF THEM !!!!!! Had a portion of stone wall that was damaged. De La Rosa Masonry had me send a photo of the damaged area and gave me a solid quote for repair. Had a two-man team at my home the next day that did a fantastic repair job. Highly recommend. read more

Review originally published August 2020 on google. Contracted with Frank and his team at De La Rosa Masonry to add stone-a dry stack style-to our home. The project was to: add stone to our existing courtyard wall/pillars, stone wainscoting throughout the front view of the home, and build a corner courtyard stone fireplace from scratch. These guys were exceptional! The owner. Frank, a super nice guy who provided us with his vision of what could be possible in the space, while at the same time taking our ideas into consideration, came up with a game plan. Frank's experience and vision were obvious from the beginning as it was clear he knows the business-knows how to do the job right! In addition, Frank's pricing was very competitive for all that we ended up getting-a great value overall! Frank was able to stay on budget, within bounce of the projected timeline, and ultimately delivered an amazing outcome we are proud of. The design came out beautifully-well exceeding expectations on all fronts- a high quality job done right! The team. While pricing and timelines are important in any project, the real magic happened here for us with the people swinging the hammer. Special SHOUT OUT to Frank's amazing crew who were all very hard working, focused, and determined to satisfy. Had a scheduled appointment for 12pm and received a text saying "I will be at your place at 12pm." At 12:02 I get another text saying "On my way, running a few minutes behind". Now at 12:15 I get a text asking if they could reschedule for 2pm or 1pm or possibly tonight or tomorrow. I text back saying I can't reschedule and would like them to make it before 1 so I could get back to work. No reply. Then I text again and said I can wait til about 1:15. Finally get a reply around 12:45 saying, "Sorry, I moved onto the next appointment because i thought you couldn't wait". WHAT?!?!?!? If you could make it to another appointment then why didn't you just come to me first? HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Would not recommend due to lack of respect for their potential customers time.
