I like the concept of boutique hotels but sometimes find they can be too cramped or stuffy, not the Harbor House Inn. It's intimate but rooms are spacious so you feel like you can breathe. The room was absolutely amazing, farmhouse chic with a splash of coastal aesthetic. The soaking tub was to die for! The bed was very comfy. All the staff were friendly. Our room had a partial view of the lake, was a welcome surprise. The hotel is right in the center of town, perfect walking location to the battlefield, shops and eateries. All we wanted was a night away from the little ones but Harbor House Inn delivered a sweet experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return. It was worth the money spent!

We had dinner and Mike was our server and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was top-notch, the staff spilt a plate for us exactly as needed. They just paid attention to detail. Brittany and Monica at the front desk are fantastic. I spoke to Brittany prior to my stay and she was great. I cannot thank the team enough for a wonderful stay. We cant wait to return.

Our room at the Marina Inn and Suites was charming and spacious overlooking a field that was utilized as a lacrosse field from 8 am till 8 pm. Towels and hot water were all more than adequate; king bed was comfortable. Down on the first floor is the ice machine and a washer/dryer area. Dryer came in handy since it was raining most of the weekend of our stay. Staff are on duty until 8 pm most days. The building is close to the water and has adequate parking for this building. Out back was a marina and a restaurant which unfortunately had closed due to COVID last year. It was open for two dates, one of which we were staying at the inn and one at the end of the month. The bad news was there was no table availability. We were welcome to check out the bar and sit in the adirondack chairs but weather being what it was, we opted for other entertainment. The restored building next door was now a YMCA which was open for occupants of the Inn. We did not utilize this because unless you walk about a bit, you won't know it's the Y. In this area of buildings that have been restored, is another surprise - a pizza shop. Another review to come. If I go back to Lake Ontario, I am sure that the Inn and Suites will be on our list of places to see and stay at again.
