Maybe having a family member their could be stressful You Think? With the growing aging population you have plenty of choices and of course its going break down to what your willing to spend or do. Our family decided the location and price was acceptable here and we were close to visit daily to be with them. This was in 2019. Of course with Covid came many challenges the FIL has dementia and MIL can barely get around but the care has been extremely helpful and above anything we could do on our own. We send staff come and go in hasn't been easy for them and the ones that remain are real hero's to us. We see them weekly and there has never been any issues to report, other family members visit different days we have camera installed and everything goes like clockwork for us. I am here this morning and I saw the negative rating and just wanted to make sure this wasn't the case for everyone. Watching someone decline in health is hard it's even harder to make the time and effort to do it yourself in a pandemic. We are grateful for the staff and Legend Oaks for the care of our Family.

The Harrison exceeded all my expectations - the reason being a handful of staff members. First off, when you walk in you'll likely meet Ms. Sherry - who is kind and helpful and makes you feel at ease immediately. Thank you for being so welcoming and assisting my family every day. Luis, PTA - thank you!! Luis worked with my grandmother daily getting her strength to be self sufficient at home and walking to and from her bedroom, etc. He was kind, encouraging and an absolute gift. Lauren, speech therapist - patient and encouraging, thank you for taking the time to work with my grandmother and endure my family asking tons of questions and visiting during therapy. Lastly, her nurse Arthur and CNA Elsa - thank you guys!! The care Elsa showed will never be forgotten and we are truly grateful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the follow up during and after discharge - referrals for home health PT/OT was great but ordering equipment has been bumpy. Upon discharge we expected equipment or how to go about getting it and have yet to hear back from the company or our contact @ Harrison.

She figured out why my knees were hurting, helped me to understand what was happening, and then worked with me to correct the problem. Dr. Fincher was compassion, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Fincher was present, I felt as though she actually listened to my concerns and cared. For that, there's a kiosk that you STAND at and FaceTime someone somewhere else. This is a challenge to start given I'm there to rehab a hip surgery, so I'm there balancing on crutches with my phone while this lady on a computer screen rushes me to confirm appointments on my phone. Then, she doesn't even give me 5 seconds to get the appointment in the phone. The appointment times are very limited, so when I suggest we schedule a bit further out to ensure I can get them all in, she says " I can't schedule without your providers approval." No attempt to help, no working with me. After I push, asking several questions and having to "prove" why it would be helpful for all involved (in front of a line of people), she finally says (somewhat rudely) that the provider is the therapist who is standing right behind me. Ok, well, again I'm on crutches, I don't know your specific language and separation of duties talk and you could have just asked the person for me if you knew and saw. Last she said to wait for a printout of my schedule, but after standing there for 10 more minutes without anyone even acknowledging us, we left. Terrible customer service and way out of touch with who you are serving. To bad because the actual therapist was great.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back!
