2/13/26 I had lab work done. The results were WAY off. Very concerning to the point my dr had to…read moretake me off all my hormones. We then rechecked them 2/25 and my hormones were almost zero. I spent two weeks worried I might have cancer, a tumor etc. My dr then had me use my hormones at half dose and on 3/11 I retested. My hormones rose slightly. That's when we realized the first test was incorrect. I am willing to pay for 1 lab test but Labcorp said they will write off the first lab but I have to pay for the 2 follow up labs. The follow up labs were because THEY made an error. They caused a huge amount of distress. Now the billing department refuses to adjust my bill, they have lied and they keep giving me other numbers to call that cant help me. They are trying to make me pay for their mistake!

I would have happily done this had I known a head of time. My phone didn't work in the building which was a sign to that it was time to leave and never go back. In health care first impressions mean a lot. Won't ever go back to lapcorp when I quest is filled with kind and joyful employees. My concerns and complaints match the previous reviewers. I said I sent the orders via email, to the one that was posted upfront and she, word-for-word, " oh, well you could have told me that ahead of time!". It was said in a really rude, curt manner. Email never sent, and I just walked out. I refused to give that place my business. This was Friday, 6.18.26, so if corporate sees this, they know who it was that was working there. I will be going to Quest from here on out for all my blood work needs.

I took an out-home Covid test and it was negative. I assumed it was strep, which requires antibiotics, so I wanted to go get tested. My wife had a good experience here recently, so I figured I would try it out. I went online to reserve a time and there was something available 20 minutes from when I was looking. I checked out the GPS and it was going to take me 17 minutes to arrive. Perfect. My main reason for the 5-star review here is that they do not require patients to wear masks. It's not that wearing a mask for a half hour is the end of the world, it's more that I hate participating in the stupidity of something that accomplishes nothing other than extend society's exuberant anxiety. Wear one if you want, but Brazos not requiring them is why they gained a fan in me. My co-pay was $75, which I thought was a little steep. I tested negative for strep and then it was suggested I test for the flu. That came back positive. And when I left, I assumed I'd owe more, but nope! That $75 suddenly didn't seem so steep as it was all-inclusive, at least for what I received. See ya next time Brazos, though I hope it's not for a while. The flu was intense enough to last me for the rest of the year.

So I sit back down and called her to see if she would answer and guess what nothing. Just continued to talk to her friend. So walked back to the window and stood there, she told her friend one second I have someone at my window. I confirmed the number with her and then I said I have been calling all day. All she said was that the phone lines are always busy during these times. So a different time trying to call and make an appointment through the clinic I hear people pick up the phone and then put me back on hold without saying anything!

Little did I know, their MRI machine had been broken since last week. They did not call me to tell me not to take prep. I called them 15 minutes before the procedure to tell them I might be 2 minutes late. That's when I found out that my procedure was cancelled. I DRANK A WHOLE BOTTLE OF MIRALAX IN AN HOUR TO CLEAN MY BOWELS FOR THIS AND THEY COUKD BARELY APOLOGIZE. THEY SUCK.
