However I received an additional bill from them for around 900$ . I was a Chiropractic claims analyst. Didn't feel right. Staff said they had forgotten to have me sign a paper for paying these charges. These are charges that Medicare didn't cover. . Sounds strange. Providers I think are to accept what Medicare and supplements pay. .i dont derstand the need for another $900 dollars from me? When I started questioning they said to ignore it and since I didn't sign it I didn't have to pay. Wonderful chiropractor and staff. but after initial visits average time was 5-8 minutes per visit . Very effective treatment but no patient privacy and felt like I was in an assembly line. His care was great but not going back. Other chiropractors don't give u a separate bill to pay what Medicare didn't. Almost an extra $1000??? I'm not saying he's doing anything wrong. The hippa yes. But if I was still a nurse claims analyst I'd be digging a lot deeper.
