She was organized and offered great suggestions for the family boutonnieres. All the flowers turned out beautifully, and the team did an amazing job matching the colors we asked for. We chose silk flowers for the arch, and they looked even better than real ones. We received so many compliments--everyone was practically fighting to take the centerpieces home! XD The photobooth picture quality was also excellent. Two attendants were available throughout the reception to assist guests, and even our shy older relatives went up to take photos. Everyone received a paper copy, and the team set aside an extra set for us to take home. We also received an online album, which made it easy to download all the photos. There was a water/lemonade station set up but it was abit too cold/windy for that. It got dark real fast mid-service and wished there was lighting available. Good thing the photographer had 1 light pole for pic to shine on the couple but other than that, it was cold and dark sitting there for the ceremony. Spacious and clean hall. Cocktail hour was also in the same space as dinner. I believe the ceremony started late and ran late; so the passed hors d'oeuvres was already available for us hungry guests. Trays of hors d'oeuvres and champagne greeted us when we stepped inside from the ceremony. Dinner was good and decent portion size. I believe the staff was short staffed as they weren't available to refill water glass and check on the table as much. They did a few initial check (before/and after meal) but not visibly seen as much. Overall, I enjoyed my evening here. Oh yeah, only noticed the next day that we never got the platter of cookies/brownies for the table at the end with our slice of wedding cake. Noticed it on the menu but none was given. Left 10min before party end and nada. Maybe they packaged it all up and gave it to the couple.

They also have photobooth services, and I also remember liking their photobooth because the pictures were high quality with a classy background (and not cheesy like some can be), so it basically killed two birds with one stone. Cathy was our emcee and Edmund was our DJ. About a week before the wedding, we met with Cathy and she had drafted an entire schedule of events for us, which was extremely helpful. On the day of, she also helped keep us on track, which was much appreciated because as you know, the day is very hectic and just flies by in the blink of an eye. There were a few slight hiccups (i.e. they forgot giant photo booth prop heads we had them make of us, no party favors as mentioned in the contract, and I don't think they coordinated with the maitre'd well enough - for the ceremony, I wanted to walk down the aisle at a very specific point in the song, but the maitre'd had me and my parents come out of the doors too soon - so all of the guests were literally just staring at us for an entire minute, waiting for us to walk). I don't think these are things that are unforgiveable and probably not even things that the guests even noticed but when you're the bride, you notice everything and of course, you want everything to be perfect. Overall, it was still the best day, and everyone loved Cathy and Edmund. They kept the energy up, even though it was a daytime wedding. All of our guests had a blast!

She pushed for a certain font and style on the invites but when we got our proofs, we ended up just going with our original requests - we had to pay for another proof and it created more delay in getting the final product. The store closed without warning for a week when we expected our invites and we were not warned how long it would take to assemble our invitations. She did make it a priority during the week the store closed to make sure we got our invites. However, when payment was wanted, we were rushed to pay and received no slack for the delay and lack of communication. Wedding planning is a stressful time and vendors that hold your hand instead of treating you like another customer are much more appreciated. Lesson learned is to plan invites very early in the process and expect delays.

Apparently many people have horror stories dealing with their invitation vendors, but this seems to be a good pick if you want a hassle free experience. I made an appointment for Sunday and spent almost 2 hours going through binders upon binders of samples. Karen was helpful, but not over bearing and didn't rush me to make a decision. They have a good selection and a decent range in prices as well. A few things that annoyed me: 1) She is not open on Friday evenings or Saturday. She told me she is usually not open on Sundays eigther and that she basically was doing me a favor. I was told to come in on a weekday before 7pm. I'm sorry but what wedding vendor isn't open on at least 1 weekend day? I understand the religious observances thing, but then Sundays she should be open. Its really inconvenient for me to have to rush from work and be stressed about getting there on time. 2) She could have been a little warmer about the whole thing...I was by myself and could have used some input. It's overwhelming enough to have to pick just 1 invitation from a million options, but not having someone offer you their opinion, or at least guide you through the selection process is them not doing their job. To me it seemed like it was more about my budget (which is obviously a big factor), but then show me your favorite's within my suggested price range and tell me what your best sellers are. I understand that invitations are an individualized thing, but if she's been in business for a long time I'm sure she has a lot of experiences dealing with people like me. Overall, good vendor I would suggest using her!

He helped me make mindful edits and suggestions as an unexpected injury almost sidelined the whole event. His team was so understanding at pivoting all throughout the day. There were so many last minute changes that took place. They were such great sports about everything. They were super patient, very professional when approached and helped me with every change up needed. All of my guests had a fabulous time with DJ Winston, spinning tunes and giving out light up sticks on the dance floor (that was a very nice surprise). Winston was so easy to work with. He arranged our playlist perfectly. Ben, our photographer, was really super! He helped us with staging, posing, checked for optimal angles and lighting. Did retakes on the spot if it wasn't perfect. I really appreciated that. All throughout the event, he was running around taking shots, double and triple checking my pre-set list of must have photos. He didn't miss a beat. During our event, I recall seeing him on the floor, behind the tables, by the back wall - I mean he was literally everywhere! I think he was more anxious than I, about the photos I said I wanted as he reminded me a few times that I didn't take the few shots that said I wanted. LOL (No worries Ben, you did it, we got them all)! And kudos to our photo booth attendant, Jeffrey. A man of very few words but he was patient and took care of 70+ guests in 4 hours. He manned the photo booth solo and it ran very smoothly. Between the multiple prints for each person and those re-takes, he was so quick. (Some of us were caught off guard so outtakes and retakes were indeed a thing). The 40+ teens definitely had a great time taking photos at the booth. All of our photos came out great. Choosing the photo layout and card design was actually the hard part - we took a bit of time to choose. Our guests really enjoyed the variety of props provided, you could tell the had fun with it. The best part was the silver backdrop we chose for our booth -- it was classy and stylish. Loved it and it complimented our decor! I totally recommend Dynasty Weddings without reservation. When it came down to the wedding, everything was amazing! Everyone was raving about the photo booth and the animated GIFS! The prints/photos were some of the highest quality I have seen from a wedding! Tommy was great with the light setup and managing the photo booth! Following the wedding, we also received a photo gallery. The pictures were enhanced and everyone looked amazing in their shots. Chris and his team provided ease of access to the photos for us to relive all the memories! DJ Lo provided such a great ambiance and really transformed the dance floor when the time came! He understood what the wedding needed in terms of music and was great with accommodating all of our song requests. The music really brought everyone together and made it a fun night! And lastly, Terry did a great job of navigating me throughout the night as my bilingual MC! He made me feel at ease and I appreciate all the coordination! I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday here. My family used this venue before for a wedding…read moreafter party which led me to using the space again. Although I had a beautiful and enjoyable event, there were some cons that led me to rating my experience only with 3 stars. Being that the event was during the summer, between the humidity outside, dancing and the amount of people at the party (the venue was not over capacity by any means, for reference), it was extremely hot in the venue even though the ac was on (I was later told one of the Ac units were not working, after the two people I had setting up did inform the staff and they said the unit was in fact working when it wasn't) This also caused the floor to be very slippery which caused a few of my guests to fall just from walking around (a huge liability) I requested for this to be a stand up event but at the last minute, I was told the venue is given as is (tables out, chairs out etc.) and storage for the other furniture can not be requested last minute. The owner realized that I did mention the event would be a stand up event prior to the month of the event. The effort was made to remove some of the tables and chairs but upon arrival there were still some stacks of chairs in the corner. Although it was not a issue for me, it was brought to my attention by a few of my guests and I just wish the original request to have only a few chairs out, was able to be fulfilled. Lastly, I rented a cotton candy machine to use but unfortunately, once it was plugged in, the music turned off because supposedly too many things were plugged in on the same side of the venue so I was not able to use the machine, and it was a waste of money that could've been allocated to something else. On the other hand, there were a lot more pros. For one, the layout of the venue is perfect for a party. There is enough space for guests to move around without feeling like a pack of sardines. There was an attendant there for the later half of the booking and he was quick on his feet. When the power went out, he was able to get it back on within 5 minutes or so and also, when there was spill, he quickly got the mop for us upon request. The venue is very clean (the white walls are pure white). There is also a bar area and space at the front of the venue where food and drinks can be separate from the actual party. Lastly, although there was some miscommunication about minor details for the party, the owner of the venue was very responsive, kind, respectful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I even was supposed to depart the venue exactly at 1 am in order to receive my security deposit back but I left at 1:11 am because one of the vendors did not come and pick up their equipment but we still cleaned up the venue and my security deposit was sent back to me by that morning and I do appreciate that very much. Overall, this is a great space to have your event. The location is easily accessible and it is very affordable for 8 hours of use. Just be sure that the inconveniences I mentioned will be resolved prior to booking your event.
