Scheduling was flexible and had availability within a reasonable time period. Arrival was prompt. Communication was thorough. I appreciated being consulted regarding details with placement in consideration of TV size and viewing positions relative to other considerations in the room and around the TV. Cables/cords were neatly affixed to the TV in a way to allow it to still use the full range of motion offered by the equipment and yet still keep them tidy, organized and out of the way. I am not complaining that we paid for 5 hours total even though the job was done in 3 hours. They showed up at 9:45am and finished around noon. We paid the bill at 12:15pm (email confirmation of invoice paid); so, you can't be saying that I attempted not to pay when I have email confirmation of payment made. Now, at 4pm, you guys called my husband twice, left voicemails and sent him two text messages saying that I did not pay! This is beyond ridiculous!
