I had Assemblymen out last fall to put together a desk, two drawer/file units and a patio dining set. The technician was great and had everything assembled within a reasonable amount of time. He did a beautiful job and left my home clean. I called on them again a couple of weeks ago to put together a treadmill and change out a bed frame. Although this request was not what they usually do, they were wonderful about accommodating me. Ranaldo, the owner, and an assistant came out and they were delightful to work with. They did a great job. As far as cost goes, I think they are very reasonable and actually may be charging too little. In my opinion The Assemblymen are redefining the customer experience with furniture assembly in Jacksonville and everyone else is trying to catch up I ordered a large desk and hutch from Office Depot and contracted The Assemblymen instead of using the vendor Office Depot recommended. When the techs finished the desk and started to install the hutch, it was discovered that one of the pieces was damaged. The Assemblymen offered to handle the entire process of ordering the replacement part and when it arrived they returned to finish the installation at no additional fee.
