Went back to the issuing store, showed pics again to them, file a claim with the store itself. Later finding out the employee that sold the product was fired. Now the store will not stand by my problem because they can't contact the fired employee.

So if you buy Pella windows and they install, I recommend hiring a competitor as a consultant that works for you and monitors everything they do in the installation process and has the power to tell them to stop and redo it or stop working if they refuse, I spent over $10K with them and now I'm wondering how much it will cost me to fix had I have to have over 8 windows pulled and reinstall correctly (hoping the damage on the other windows is not as bad )
