Sadly, she has been unwilling to help me appropriately cancel my home policy with Country Financial when I have prior proof of insurance with a new carrier. It is disappointing to see an agent in the insurance industry have a lack of empathy for clients. She has acted unethically and has refused to take the next step in submitting my proof of insurance to underwriters at Country Financial. I have called the home office of Country Financial three times regarding this. They have reached out to her as well, yet she still refused to do the right thing. I have filed a consumer complaint with the Idaho Department of Insurance and will proceed to contact the appropriate agencies until my money is refunded. I would highly recommend reconsidering doing business with her and her office. It tells a lot about a person when they put business over people.
