But he told me what I needed to do: change a couple of passwords, which I'd already done; and report to Google, which I subsequently did. While visiting Google Help, I took their advice and downloaded an extension for Chrome (only Chrome) called Password Alert, that lets you know whenever you visit a page that's pretending to be Google. She was efficient, friendly and gave me lots of good suggestions for improving my PC safety and speed. The service isn't cheap - $99 for the first hour and $25 per quarter hour thereafter, but if you have a quick problem, this is a good way to go.
