Since it was the winter and with my steep roof I was patient enough to wait until the weather got better to have it addressed. On March 25th I called their office and spoke to Alexa who informed me this work order I submitted 5 weeks ago has not been taken care of and NO ROOFING COMPANY has been contacted. Furthermore she informed me that Nemanich does NOT follow up on work orders that are submitted and do not reach out to their subcontractors for status. This is disheartening because this issue with my roof continues to happens and has now caused more damage to my ceiling. In addition, to have a trail of follows up and emailed them on April 7th, and April 8th and have not received a phone call or response to my email. Their core values as they state of their website is nothing but a marketing scheme to entice when in reality they delay work orders for months and months on end and us a homeowners have to stay on top of them to get anything done to our homes. We pay almost $2000 per year for rudeness when we call all the while our homes are falling apart and causing more damage. Since this has gone on now for almost 10 weeks with no answers on when this will be resolved I have no choice but to file a complaint against this company.

Here was our situation: A few years back we moved and were unable to sell our old home - after 8 months of paying 2 mortgages we knew we had to do something. I called Mike at TCPM and he came out to meet with me. He was very honest, he did not try to "convince" me to rent our property, but he (literally) sat on the floor in the empty house with me for an hour, discussing or options. We decided to try to find tenants - and we did. We make no profit on the property but Mike was able to get a good rate to make sure that our mortgage payment is 95% covered. They really don't care about you and they only care about money and I will continue to spread the word because these fake five star reviews are not it. My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised.
