Horrible service from walk in, phone, loan processing & online…read more I was denied a loan for absolutely no reason and they hit my credit report twice in one day. They are rude. They don't reply to email or voice mail once you aren't approved to explain why I was denied. I went across the road to OneMain Financial & was approved for more money within an hour. I'll be reporting to the credit bureau when getting my credit report fixed. I'm going to walk in stand in front of the woman's desk that nicked my credit until she resolves it and apologizes. Then closing my accounts and moving them. I'm sure my family will follow. Don't waste your time at Blaze or at least the Woodbury location; there isn't anything positive in my experience.

Also if the teller needs you to sign a piece of paper, you will have to wait until a banker is available, cause they cant give you a piece of paper over video call. This bank customer service is horrible and inconvenient. Makes me wonder if the reason why there is not a lot staff there and we have to schedule appointment is to help save money for them. The rates are still the same as other credit unions not competitive. Withdrawal my money from this bank and moved somewhere else. I got no time for inconvenience, bad customer service, and no good rates in return.

Tried to order single checks (without the carbon duplicates). HAH! I was told by an actual human that nobody does that but if I wanted to it would cost a lot of money. My joint tenant on my checking account passed away and Wings harassed and insulted me (just what you want when someone dies) about getting him off my account. Some of their personal bankers have the brains of rocks. Can't do basic things. No interpersonal skills. They just have no skills or training. One teller sat in front of me reading the entire coputer file on me when I tried to make a deposit and withdrawal. I asked him what he was reading and he said he couldn't tell me but it was all about me. Wow. He seemed quite entertained by whatever this bank says about me in its computer.
