I was in need of a restaurant location, with very specific parameters. I worked with a large commercial​ brokerage that kept affirming that I would get two properties for two stores. I waited 1.5 years of back and forth with them​ until they finally broke the news that the offer didn't go through. And then, I attend this event shortly and met Jason. I gave him the details and then within​ 2.5 weeks I signed the ​lease. 2.5 weeks after 1.5 years of waiting. How did he do this? While in the waiting room for the birth of his child (a lot of nervous hours), he thought about the urgency of my needs and called the Landlord to talk about the lease and make sure to complete the deal. This is beyond professional. I did not ask him to do this. He is that caring for each client that he takes on. I know this isn't always the case for every client out there. But Jason is not out there to get the largest chunk of cash from his clients. He only works with clients that would make sense and the properties that would fit.
