Wow. Where do I start with this all star team? Meeting her initially was intimidating as it was my husband and I's first experience trying to sell and buy a home. Everyone's home buying experience is different, but after all the terrifying stories my husband and I have heard, we weren't too excited to go through it. Once our offer was accepted, Cristal stayed on top of the transaction, making sure the seller's agent was delivering and keeping our interests protected. -Essential Interpersonal Skills Even though there were 2 offers that beat our purchase price by $15k, ours was accepted. Why? I believe at least partly because of Cristal's interpersonal skills. I believe Cristal helped write and present our offer in the best possible light, to make it the most attractive to the seller and their agent. You might think that you can just write an offer and send it over, but I believe Cristal was instrumental in getting our offer to the top of the pile. She was very proactive in this respect, and I felt she helped us greatly not only in the technical details, but with the emotional/personal part of the negotiating process also, something I hadn't seen previously in other agents. -Honest and direct without adding pressure When there was bad news, Cristal would never try to sugar coat it. I felt I could trust her to have our interests protected and give me an objective opinion/assessment (I never felt like she was pushing her own agenda).
