The old location was much more convenient for me, but I really like my doctor and don't mind the drive to Woodbury. The new location is really spacious and quite nice. They have a huge waiting area, and a really nice eyeglass section. I checked in and waited about 5 minutes to be called back. They are well staffed and the wait was short. Everyone from the check-in staff to the physician were all nice. The physician took the time to explain things, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Associated Eye Care!

Worst customer service. They want you to pay for everything up front where others will bill insurance first.

One hand not knowing what the other is doing. I signed up for a deal on the Book of Face where they supposedly give you 1K off when they never tell you what the price is. Got a Zoom meeting with someone clearly not from MN and clearly hasn't had LASIK. It looked like her office might being shipped out of town. Stuff in cardboard paper wrapping on the floor. She had glasses on and referred to A-dee-na and Minne-an-apolis. Also, the A-dee-na location that I booked online was closed. She was able to pronounce Oakdale and switched me to this location. Not confidence inspiring. Told me that only five percent of people have problems. You are telling me I have a one in twenty chance of this being complicated from Ohio? That ain't how we do it in Minnesota! I called them to cancel the next pre-surgery appointment but nobody answered. Imagine that. Oh, yeah. They wanted 38 hundred after the 1K discount. I'll stick with the glasses or else go local to spend that cash.

This information would have been nice to have been told to me when I made the appointment over the phone or even after I filled out a giant questioner with both my medical and vison care insurance information. Instead I am stuck paying basically $400 for a routine pediatric eye exam, when I guess if I had just gone somewhere like Walmart instead of This clinic that my doctor recommended, I would have only had a bill for a $10 copay. If you are a company that prides yourself with the sole purpose of eye care you should really consider accepting Vision insurance from more than one company! At the very least make sure you tell the customer when making the appointment over the phone, after the customer has given you their vison insurance information that St. Paul Eye Clinic PA will not accept it. I Would have never gone here if I was told that my vision insurance was not accepted.

Even in a google search it comes up as "the most experienced," which is a blatant lie and dishonest, frankly illegal method of attracting customers. On top of this, they won't honor the lifetime guarantee given to dr. Whiting's patients even though the language in the provided agreement clearly implies that they must. Anyone who is being denied an enhancement as a former patient of dr. whiting's, i urge you to contact the bbb and file a complaint. You paid for custom lifetime lasik, which includes free enhacements. Dr. Whiting and Ovo clinic will not honor it. Whiting clinic will not honor it (which is absolutely illegal). Amazing that there are no class action suits.

I was lucky only 5 people were ahead of me, but I was told that it can be as much as 20 (so could be longer) - The actual procedure is about 15 minutes. They use a little suction first on the eye. This for me was the most irritation and pain of the process. Due to machine being pressed against eye and has to be centered. Not comfortable. Not long though. - The actual laser you don't really feel anything, the doctor uses a little brush to wipe your eyes. If your eyes water a lot like mine. They do use a tiny little vacuum to get the excess liquid. (kinda like at the dentist but 10x smaller) - Eyes are a little red from the suction. But you notice a difference right away. Can be blurry at times on and off which is normal. Eyes need to heal, but use the drops regularly and recovery so far is great! Recommend! Love the staff there! First time here, was helped by Tamika who was excellent! Very friendly and informative. Came here for the free consultation for lasik. If you never done this before like me. Here is what to expect. (do the patient registration online, saves you time) Took about 1.5 hours from start to finish. They basically do a whole eye exam again and have you watch 8 minute video about the process. They go over pricing, side effects, recovery time and after care after the surgery. Lots of information but so far good experience.

I wish I would have done it sooner, especially after the amazing experience I had at LasikPlus! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. I asked the doctor, who initially checked my eyes, a lot of questions and concerns I had about getting the procedure done. She reassured me that what I was asking was a normal part of the process. As for the day of the procedure, I was really nervous but excited. The doctor who did the procedure and the rest of the staff were very nice. The surgery was quick and wasn't painful at all. Immediately after, it felt like I had opened my eyes under water and things were a little blurry. They gave me some sunglasses to wear after. When I got home, sleeping was the best recommendation because my eyes were burning, almost as if I had gotten shampoo or hot sauce in them. When I woke up, my vision was clear and I immediately started using the eye drops. Overall, I am so happy with my decision to get Lasik and I really appreciate how easy and simple the process was at LasikPlus.

They checked my eyes the same as my regular eye doctor and answered all questions. I suggest bringing sunglasses because they dilate your eyes and it's bright afterwards. I'm looking forward to speaking with the staff again and having them confirm my newly perfect eye sight.
