"Wally" was nice, but could not figure out the problem. I had to come back twice, and they still couldn't figure it out. Finally on my third visit, I saw the female optometrist because Wally was not working that day. She tried some other methods that seemed to work well, but I ended up having to pay for multiple doctors visits for something as simple as switching contact brands. Plus, they are only open until 5, which is NOT super convenient for people who work during the day and don't get off until that time or later. I mean, at LEAST stay open until 5:30 for the after-work crowd.

Let me break it down by departments.... Birth Center- I had my first baby here: it literally felt like I was the only patient there. I ended up with an emergency c-section but never once did anyone use those words because, as you know, it would have caused mass panic. In later found out those were the "technical" terms and let me tell you it never felt like anything was awry, rushed, out of line or misunderstood. I don't have enough positive words for the excellent experience I had from the nurses, to the OR, nursery, to the anesthesia staff, to the house keepers and the people delivering our meals. Everyone was so kind and wonderful. They really let me call the shots with my birth and explained everything so well. And SO CLEAN! I regret not having my second here. My experience was so different and I wish I would have gone back. Primary care- I recently moved my entire immediate family and my parents to the clinic here. Scheduling is efficient, appointments run on time and communication is great. I have no complaints about any of the doctors I've seen. Specialty clinic- we've been in Derm, cardiology, ENT, Rheumatology and cardiology. No complaints. All run like a well oiled machine. A couple family members have had referrals to outside testing and surgeries and all have been so smooth. Could use some better signage, but that's a minor detail. Comparative to other clinics included the area (ie the "Medical Mall" aka Hudson physicians) they are much less money hungry and truly care about you. The employees look HAPPY, there's much less turn over so way more familiar faces and that definitely varies over into the care you receive.

He also offices in Stillwater certain days of the week. Ryan is professional and well educated about the body. He has a calming presence and his goal is always to make your body feel better. Clinical massages are more of a holistic way of treating pain, tightness, etc (in my opinion). He also provides "regular" massages as well. With clinical massages he uses techniques like cupping, the amethyst mat, and other techniques like movements that would be used in physical therapy. He also finds spots on my body that I didn't realize were causing pain or were stiff. He always gets my back in working order and that's always my main objective. He's AWESOME! I also paid an additional fee to use the sauna afterwards. I love that extra feature. And hopefully one day in the future I'd love to try out Heather for some acupuncture.

Anyone who is being denied an enhancement as a former patient of dr. whiting's, i urge you to contact the bbb and file a complaint. You paid for custom lifetime lasik, which includes free enhacements. Dr. Whiting and Ovo clinic will not honor it. Whiting clinic will not honor it (which is absolutely illegal). Amazing that there are no class action suits.

Whiting definitely knows what he's doing. I couldn't recommend him enough nor his amazing comforting staff as they walked me through something that I wanted to years ago but didn't due to being terrified something could of gone wrong. Sure if you don't use him be sure to do your research as I value my sight as well I'm sure whomever is reading this feels exactly the same. I'm a commercial roofer and wearing glasses and or contacts was a everyday struggle. It's dirty, hard, dangerous, fast paced job. Dealing with my contacts against the elements was quite a challenge. Wearing glasses restricted my peripheral range of view. I had 20/400 vision with an astigmatism in my right eye and now I'm 20/15 confirmed the day after when I went to my next day follow-up. I wasn't tested further to see if I could see any better and 20/15 vision is something to be proud to have non of the less (I think I see even better possibly). I've worn contacts that gave me 20/15 and I've never noticed to insane amounts of details I'm noticing currently now. I watched water coming out of the faucet for instance completely mindblown away for over a minute the other day. The bad - after my surgery I did have some pretty intense pain pretty similar to a bad tooth ache. I paced around my house for awhile to shrug it off (I recommend napping as I couldn't) . It subsided after six hours. I woke up the next morning and the pain was completely gone. I have a minor halo issue with street lamps and stop lights /cars are fine to me. I'll update this as needed but I swear this is probably the most amazing thing I've done for myself hands down. Everything is so crisp and detailed that I'm almost in denial (and that's going to vary from person to person. ) You owe it to yourself as I'm completely grateful I took the plunge. Honestly I have to take deep breaths as I've been trying to take in the amount of detail I'm now noticing since my procedure. Just crazy amount of details I've been missing out on. I'm supposed to see this dust from 20 ft away?
