Out of all the places to get imaging, I choose Hillsborough Radiology over and over. I have a…read moremedical background, so I notice great care. The staff always introduces themselves. That is the first thing which should be done in any medical practice. They remain onetime with the schedule. They explain the test and put the patient at ease. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The reports are done promptly. I appreciate the patient portal to be able to print out reports. Sometimes other offices can't find them, even though Hillsborough Radiology has sent them, so I have my results in hand! JPB

I guess I sounded pretty freaked out because the receptionist was very understanding and didn't question whether I actually had a flat tire. It probably helped that during the phone call, the fire station sirens started blaring, the garage doors opened, two fire engines began pulling out of the station with their lights flashing, and a bunch of firemen began screaming at me to get the hell out of their way. I ended up pulling over to the side of the street and changing the tire myself. But by the time I was done, it was too late to make it to my appointment. As soon as I returned home, I called to reschedule. The receptionist was very sympathetic. Apparently, she'd heard the firemen screaming at me and refused to charge me for being a no-show. I've been using Hillsborough Radiology for medical imaging for over 20 years now, and have always been treated by all staff with this same level of compassion and respect. Unclear what the deal is with all the 1-star reviews. I've only had positive experiences with the staff at this facility.

Hello...I believe this is the University of Radiology in Bridgewater NJ... I wanted to leave this…read morereview on Yelp and wanted to let you know my experience as I walked in to this office... There were two women at the front desk both had grey hair. One was tall and there was a shorter one...The one sitting at the desk saw me and asked me to come on over which I was helped right away. Anyway as I was explaining my reason for the visit this lady at the front desk she gave me this look as to why I was there. I didn't really like her look that she had given me. She didn't have to say in words but her actions in the way she looked I find a bit rude. I was explaining that I have a future appointment with University of Radiology in a different location but I stopped by this one in Bridgewater location because I needed to pick up to contrast drinks that I needed for my procedure that I will have in October...But like I said when I explained this to her she had to display a look as to why I went there to pick up my 2 bottles of contrast drinks. (1) When I was on the phone with a scheduler from University of Radiology, this person on the phone was very pleasant, very helpful and had suggested that I had gone to Bridgewater location to pick up my 2 contrast drinks. I was appreciative for her suggestion for me to go to Bridgewater location because it was the closest location for me to pick up the two drinks. (2) So when I did go to the Bridgewater location I didn't expect that the lady at the front desk would be this rude and give me a look that didn't need to be displayed. She told me that not to refrigerate the drinks and did not give me a reason for them not to be refrigerated when in the past the other office people in other University of Radiology have suggested that the contrast drinks taste better when they are chilled... I was about to ask her, the one lady at the front desk in the Bridgewater location but she did have an attitude with me I did not want to bother with her. She wasn't polite, she didn't even say: "Have a good day" or wasn't pleasant at all... She was more concerned picking up where she left off as far as having her conversation with the other office worker... For sure I will never go back to that University of Radiology in Bridgewater. Any other University of Radiology offices that I had gone too the office staff has been so much more pleasant and have more proffesional people working in those offices... I would tell more people to avoid the Bridgewater office location...don't put up with this garbage..

This place does not care about patients whatsoever. I recently had a mammogram on Wednesday 6/18 ,…read morewhich came back normal. Friday 6/20 I saw the surgical oncologist, whom I had been sent to before the mammogram for a mass in my armpit. He says he can physically feel a mass, and that he needs to know what it is, so he writes for an additional ultrasound of just the armpits. I call university radiology, and I am told that they absolutely will not do the ultrasound unless they do another mammogram, because they're more worried about lining their pockets that the health of their patients. They expect me to go through another mammogram less than a week after the first one, because they'll make more money and have to work less. I advised them that I have the disks and documents from my last 2 (2018 and the one on 6/18, both of which were performed at a breast imaging center that does not do other radiological testing), and that the doctors order specifically said the mammogram was done 2 days ago and did not need to be repeated. The response was word for word "we don't care what your doctor says, that's our policy". So basically I can pay out of pocket for another unnecessary mammogram, or I can just wonder if the mass is malignant because they refuse to provide the imaging necessary for my doctor to proceed. Mind you, I HAD scheduled my mammogram here initially for the Saturday morning before I had it at another center. I scheduled it in advance for 9am on a Saturday 6/14, and then Friday night 6/13, after everything is closed, they called to tell me they were cancelling because they "forgot" to tell me that they needed my 2018 mammogram disk, and refused to reschedule until it was in hand. The first day I could drive the 30 minutes to the breast center while it was open was 6/18, and they were able to perform it while I was there. Thankfully, or it would have been just another delay in my health care due to University Radiology scheduling's incompetence and complete lack of care for their patients health.

The man starts off with now I've been on infusion therapy at another hospital for six months. He turned to me and says well maybe possibly if maybe we add chemotherapy to the mixed, we could possibly maybe make the tumor shrink more. I said that's an impossibility. I said the side effects would be detrimental to my life. I work in customer relations he said absolutely the side effects that I would have would be sores in my mouth and my face would turn red and have a rash all over it. Oh yeah, I'm really gonna be able to work in customer relations, looking like some Oompa Loompa, and that's only the definite side effects that he knew about that's not the fatigue, hair, loss, muscle problems, and everything else that could possibly arise from the chemo. I said do you have any idea if this is definitely gonna work he says no he had no idea if it would be helpful at all so I should allow myself to have chemo when they have no even percentage factor that it could possibly help so I should have poisonous medication put into my system on maybe a hunch. Then I met with the surgeon who told me that I'll have an opening after the tumor is removed and that they have no idea how bad that my speech will be affected from it that I will need speech therapy. It will take a year to come back from this. They don't know whether or not I'll ever be able to properly. Use my mouth again and then starts talking about taking lymph nodes out of my neck considering that my CT scans are clean for my lymph nodes. He says well maybe possibly there might be something micro size in the neck and so we're gonna have to go cut your neck up and take out your lymph nodes in your neck just because it might be a safety factor that we have to do With no backing information on any scan that states that this is a necessary thing to do I have never seen such negligence and misrepresentation? I have no trust in the doctors that I saw today and I would advise everybody to avoid this hospital
