The receptionist then said that a dentist's office in Corbin, Ky, was accepting new patients and not being from the area as I work for a trucking company. I asked where it was, and the receptionist scoffed at me, saying with doubt that, "I didn't know where that was?" when I tried to explain I wasn't from the area, she said she was sorry she tried to help me and then hung up on me. If the receptionist speaks to potential patients this way, I can't imagine how the doctor treats his patients. I highly recommend not going to them as they don't know the first thing about customer service.

She cut me off several times while I was trying to speak. Rudely read all of the dates that a bill was mailed to me and said texts were sent. i had not received anything from them. Then in a smart alec tone said "I will send you a text right now". Like i would avoid a measly $32 bill when I paid them over $700 the last time I was there. Apparently there was an insurance discrepancy I knew nothing about. Needless to say, I will not be back. In addition, I was also told that my daughter will need another exam because they dont "use other doctors exams" in the rudest tone. I will drive her to Lexington before I am treated and talked to in such a tone over a $32 bill.

When asked about the wait, I was told you can't listen to the folks out there in the waiting room because they are probably walk ins (they were not and I certainly wasn't) and that they are busy.
