She discussed options with me and we came up with a basic plan of action, which would be two laser treatments and the hydrafacial I originally came for. After the first laser treatment, the vessels on my face were all but gone completely! I just had a slight one on my chin. After the second treatment, that one disappeared along with some other brown and purplish marks. I'm thrilled at the results and will be returning to Allure and Dr. Kogan to take care of all my skin needs!

People come from Delaware to get their treatments done because the prices and work are amazing, & 3. If you cancel an appointment you made a month ago, it's likely you won't get one that week, because people already have appointments, so that's common sense. Then he judged me saying only Indians Pakistanis and South Americans come coz they have more hair. I have been going back here several times already and each time I was treated wonderfully. The pain from the procedure is minimal(I did my neck) and the aftercare steps are very clear. The place is of course licensed and won awards before which you can see for yourself when you go in. During one of my sessions, I was severely burned in a specific area, which was very painful. The injury made me lose trust in the amount of safety I had during treatments. I am unsure still why it occurred because I was told that the puss open wound, was due to a hair that was ingrown and became infected... which I quickly learned was not what was going on. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with the staffing of technicians situation. While many other females worked there, there was only one laser technician available, and he was male. He performs Brazilian laser hair removal on female clients, but when I checked the website after a few treatments and curiosity, did not offer the same service to male clients, which in hindsight sight felt unprofessional and inappropriate to me being that if a female wants a Brazilian, she has no choice but to have a male technician. An hour before my appointments, I applied numbing cream on my bikini line and my entire Brazilian area with plastic wrap over the areas. At the beginning of my appointment, he wiped my numbing cream off from my Brazilian area very invasively without even asking if I was okay with that or giving me the option if I could wipe it myself before the lasering. The reason could be so he removes all of the product off completely before lasering, but with ONLY a male tech available and as a female patient who is basically blindfolded being touched in that vulnerable way, I should have 100% been given more options for my comfort. I was asked to remove my bra while wearing a medical gown that opens in the front. The laser treatment was only for my underarms, and the area was fully accessible through the sides/sleeves of the gown. There was no medical reason for me to remove my bra. As a result, my chest was exposed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This situation felt completely unnecessary, and it could have been easily avoided. Between the physical injury and the discomfort surrounding the treatment environment, I chose not to return again. I would strongly encourage others considering this spa to think about your comfortability levels when getting vulnerable areas lasered by a male technician, to ask detailed questions about safety protocols, and how client comfort is prioritized before making an appointment.

It does this thing that focuses on melting the fat and then stimulate the muscles under the fat! After about 45 mins or so feeling this vibration around my stomach; the area felt very light and loose (such a hard description to describe, but it's a good feeling). Then she hooked me to this other machine, I think called, NuShape? and THAT WAS AMAZING!!! The focus on that machine was the muscle then the fat. It would do these pounding sensations and it made me feel like I was doing 1000 ab crunches!!! I was so scared that I would get an abdominal cramp, but nothing happened! :) It's a different way to relax, but the OUTCOME after just 1 session was incredible!! After 30 mins of that, I looked in the mirror and boy, did my stomach look less bloated and felt really light!!! Standing, my belly fat felt like it was just broken up into pieces and was just waiting to escape my body!! I didn't feel jiggly at all!!! After that, she had me hop on this skateboard machine where you stand there and it jiggles! It was quite fun and fast!
