I have been interacting with realtors for many years and have encountered both excellent and poor…read moreagents. Unfortunately, Keller Williams ranks among the worst agencies I've worked with. Perhaps it operates as a "last resort" agency that hires subpar agents before they are compelled to switch careers? My recommendation is this: if you plan to list your property for rent or sale, ask a friend to pose as a potential client and inquire about their experiences with Keller Williams agents. You might be shocked and come to realize why your property remains unrented or unsold, resulting in significant financial losses. Consider this a warning.

In short they have horrible customer service. I was recently looking to move into Middletown Ny and…read moreon the Keller Williams site and on Realotr.com I found a place for rent and a place for sale in the area. Both were listed with this company by two different agents.. I called both numbers listed on the listings for both of those agents. To the first agent I made 3 calls one in each of 3 consecutive days. The second agent I called twice and it said I could also text so on the second day i also texted the number. (Note that Realtor.com also sent an automated request to the agents via email which was also ignored.) So I called the Main office number and a woman picked up the phone but was talking to someone else in the background and then hung up. I called again and again no greeting so I said hello and a woman said hi how can I help you. i said " I would like to talk to someone about renting or buying a home.. The woman said let me connect you to an agent. 3 rings then I got a different agents voicemaiil. SO I called back again to the main office and I got a general answering machine. I was annoyed but had no more time so I called the next day and got a receptionist and asked to talk to a manager I was told there was no manager available but she could help me.. So i said I wanted to talk to an agent about a rental property and a for sale property on Kensington Way in middletown ny. I saw that several were for sale on realtor.com on that same street. I was then asked do you know the exact addresses. I said no but they are all on Kensington Way in Middletown. I was then told. Well without the exact street addresses I can not send you to an agent. Maybe you could call back when you know the addresses. Bottom line I thought it was the job of a realtor to help me FIND a place and not make me do all the work. With all this said I would never use a Keller Williams realty office.
