On a different day, we were having lunch and she interrupted our lunch for nonsense when she could have reached out to my mother-in-law to get all the information she needed. She should have more etiquette and be more professional. If you are dealing with a client, deal with that client only to avoid waste of resources. If the client doesn't get back to you, just wait patiently rather than be inconveniencing family members that are very busy. Just learn how to conduct business.
