The lady kept going off on her husband going off on me going off on my husband when she told me that I needed to do my homework several times that's when I got mad and I told her I know what I'm here for. I need to talk to your husband. He's the one that told me just to bring samples of the filling that we needed to do so that's what I did. I brought samples? and she just kept going off and off and off. so we left I left all my paperwork behind including my children's 1095B records because I thought that my husband was going to reschedule the appointment I guess at the end my husband walked out because we will have to yell over the lady, she will not let you talk. She's very hardheaded so she will not let you talk and explain anything so we did. We left and today I decided to go back to pick up my 1095B records for my children's School and the lady threatened to call the police on me when I just told her I just came to pick up the papers I left behind from my kids schools, I need to file my taxes and she said we don't have it.
