They do offer…read moreother services (auto glass - obviously, rust-proofing, etc...), but make no mistake that they do top notch in detailing as well. When I called, their price for a mini-van was at least $20 cheaper than the lowest rate I've found. It was a work vehicle, and trust me when I tell you that it was a mess when I brought it in. They were quicker than other places i've brought the van into previously; and while I was apprehensive at the time, there were no concerns with the end result. The van was in fact the cleanest I've ever seen it after a detail. The owner was super friendly and really to time to explain the work they did. My co-workers are already planning to have this be their go-to place for their own vehicle based on the work and value that they saw. They seem very honest, so I would have full confidence they would do an excellent job with any of their other services as well. Note: I believe they will be doing a name change shortly, but the owner - and the services, will be remaining in the same location (directly behind the CDN Tire gas station).

Approximately two years ago, I had a stone chip repaired by their team. The quality of the initial repair was poor, and within weeks I returned to have the issue addressed under their warranty. Instead of standing behind their work, I was offered only a discounted follow-up service--which resulted in an even worse repair. Most concerning, I recently noticed an unexpected charge on my credit card for $133.15--the same amount as the original service--two years later. When I contacted the company, I was told this was a "warranty renewal." At no point did I agree to any renewal, recurring charge, or ongoing warranty arrangement. Based on my experience, this reflects a very concerning and, in my view, unethical business model--where customers may be charged for services they did not knowingly authorize. Between the poor workmanship, ineffective warranty handling, and lack of transparency around billing, I cannot recommend this business.

They are very through in inspecting my car for any trouble spots and letting me know of what NEEDS attention and what MAY need attention, and never have any pressure put on about unnecessary services. I don't own a Mazda anymore, I drive an Infiniti and have been very disappointed with the service their dealer provides me and will be bringing my Infiniti back to the staff at Lallo for all maint. And I bring my car here to do the service as well, the price is much lower than the dealership and don't even have to wait that much longer compare to the dealership. Nice, courteous guys. It cost just under $1000. The passenger window was not reinstalled properly. We can't lock it. It was reassembled just as a down pour was about to start, which they couldn't help. Humidity seems to be trapped in it, as it is fogging up again. They were scheduled to come back today to repair it. They did not show up, & did not notify me they weren't coming, which cost me more money as I wasn't at work.
