5 years ago had windows tinted at Scott's, recently the 2 rear quarter and rear window tint was…read morelifting. Went back quote 200.00 no problem 5 years I got it! After tint got car home , washed it notice right rear 1/4 either scratches in tint or inside on glass and several small marks in rear glass tint went back. Told scratches in glass ( no way there was scratches in the glass I know every inch of this car) and spots on rear tint told in glass rail rust against no way. The thing to do was at the very least remove 1/4 tint to inspect and replace from a superior service stand point. Just got excuses "we video all jobs, silicone applicator, we use steam to remove old tint. My final advice to anyone getting tint or repairs Take Your Own Pictures before you go there. Protect yourself Mercedes Benz glass is expensive!

I understand if they do not want to do the job, just say so. I received a quite the same day by email and told them I wanted to go ahead three weeks later. Made an appointment and received a phone call, that someone wants to look at the car again, as the quote was "quite some time ago". I drove by, had another quite unwelcoming experience, it confirmed appointment and a time frame of about a week, fine with me. I never questioned the quote whatsoever and made it pretty clear the car has to a large extent sentimental value to me and the repairs were for a well maintained vehicle. Dropped the car off Monday morning and called on Thursday to see how the job was progressing. The car at this moment was untouched. A lot of explanation about big job, contract with insurance companies and more was voiced, which truly has nothing to do with me. The last suggestion was to pick it up, if the time frame bothers me. So I did. I was probably lucky that the job was not started and I was able to drive the car away. It is a long time ago that I was so angry at a situation. Not that there were issues of delay, but the disrespect of my time and delivery expectations and looking back the way this was handled from the first contact was the thing that got me. We live in the country and a car for us is a necessity. We also plan ahead on any appointments or other occasions where a car is needed. At what point during this week would they have called me to inform me of a possible delay? I have every understanding for things that can happen in a business. Disrespecting my side, my time and my dime is not one of them. Even a phone call explaining there is a delay for some reason would have been just fine or tell me you do not want to do the job or maybe do not call me back for another inspection after barely three weeks from the first inspection - a 40 minute drive for me, what kind of result would I have gotten from the palpable unwillingness to really do the job.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I called to get my windshield…read morereplaced and for convenience they came to my house to do it. The guys showed up an hour late and put their tools on the hood of my car - no towel to protect the paint we had to bring them one. They were in and out in no time and cracked my dash in the process. I called to speak with the owner the next day and he was out - they said he would call back. This went back and forth for 2 weeks before i FINALLY got ahold of him. He told me to come in so he could look at it - when we got there for our 10am appt he conveniently stepped out so we waited almost an hour for him to come back. He looked at my car and then told me I lying that his guys couldn't have done this. He told me he also owns a scrap yard and will wait for another car of the same to come in and he will take the dash from that and replace it...after arguing with him for almost 30 mins. He was so unbelivably rude and spoke down to me the entire time. This happened in April and i never heard from him again. This place sounds great because its cheap - its cheap for a reason. I will happily pay more money for a Speedy or Apple auto glass next time - I will never make this mistake again. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!
