We ran into a tree with our new Winnebago Mercedes and the awning was out. Needless to say, we did some damage. We met with them and our insurance agent 2 hours after the incident. B& B not only gave us the quote and ordered the awning right away, they took off the hanging awning ( to prevent more damage to RV) and temporarily plugged the holes in the RV. We had gotten a quote from another RV repair just prior to stopping here and they did not say the awning needed to be removed immediately to prevent more damage. In fact they suggested we get bungee cords! Glad we moved on to B&B. It took 3 weeks for the new awning to arrive, but we were able to continue our trip until it arrived, thanks to the temporary repair. We brought RV back when new one arrived and they installed it immediately. We were not without our RV for more than 3 hours! We will go back there for our service in the future. Thanks B&B

We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash.They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator.That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

This business clearly stated the flat rate for three distinct services (engine oil change, generator oil change, and hydraulic fluid top off) plus the cost of parts. They arrived at my home during rush hour, when they said they would. They were 100% professional, worked to avoid messes, cleaned up the workspace, and took their garbage with them. I will happily welcome them back to my home and recommend them to others like myself. I run around kicking tires saying "shucks" but truly am not mechanically inclined. I really appreciated how they conducted business and that I believed them to be trustworthy. Finally, I came in from a 2,800 mile trip. I explained I have to return my motorhome to storage so I needed them ASAP, and with 24 hours notice they squeezed me in saving me time, risk, and money. I generally hate and oppose performative tipping. In their case it would have been immoral not to thank them with 15%. Really happy with their service. This is my first yelp review, and it is unsolicited nor compensated. Looking forward to working with them in the future. I feel way less afraid of inevitable repairs.
