Overall, this store does feature such a huge variety of outdoor Landscaping items that I've been looking for. The problem with everything that I see and like is that nearly everything is overpriced. I bought a very pretty metal water fountain for birds one year for over a hundred, and it immediately rusted (threw out). I think some of their garden decorations are decades old. The nurseries I'd been to never had one and so I was pleasantly surprised they had quite a few to pick from! Laura was super helpful and kind! They have a really pretty setup. They sell adorable decor and plant pots as well. As someone who is new to plants, I appreciated Laura's expertise and advice. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I was advised that I could buy soil for my plants from them in the future whenever I need to repot. She gave me a plant card with information on how to care for my plant at checkout. I also joined the plant points program. I live kind of far but will drive out here again to buy another plant, soil, or anything else I may need in the future! Unfortunately, during our visit last week we experienced an extremely rude cashier. After the gentleman wrote down our inventory, we took the paper to the cashier. Instead of greeting us, she proceeds to snatch the paper out of my Mother's hand and begins to ring up the order. She doesn't say "Hi" or "Welcome to Luurs", nothing. I did notice after we left she greeted the next customer. Having said that, I don't know why she was so rude to us. The other workers were friendly.
