Not a bad shop. It's more than just a plant shop, though one... wing, half?... of the store is dedicated to plants! And it's LARGE! You'll enter and the front section is sparsely merchandised but there's lots of space. A few plants were in the front section when I stopped in. As you walk further in, you'll come to a section with jewelry, candles, cards, and other gift items. toward the back and to the left, that's where the plants live. Lots of light bathing a whole bunch of plants! There were a great deal of snake plants, and I saw some really pretty pothos. I didn't see a lot of pots when I visited but I'm sure their inventory changes from time to time. They get new plants on Tuesdays, so check their Instagram! The staff member was helpful. I'd stop in if I was in Geneva; it's right in the Third Street shopping area, so in and amongst many other shops in Geneva, down the street from the Metra station, and near the Herrington Inn. Their plant selection was smaller than I anticipated, both in types of plants and number of plants, so while it's a nice gift shop there are other plant shops I prefer to this one. But for gifts, for wandering, it's great--and I wouldn't mind visiting on a Tuesday!

Great quality in my new plants from Grow Geneva

First time in this store. Starting a new plant collection and needed some beginner friendly plants and help. I couldn't be more impressed with Laura, the owner and Mary, the manager. They provided me with detailed instructions on the care of each plant I purchased. They were able to answer all my questions on my prior plant issues and provided so much guidance. I will be certain be return to continue to grow my collection. A must see when in Geneva!

    IG-worthy window display! :)

visited downtown Geneva with my boyfriend the other day and just so happened to visit this shop! entered with the intent to browse but ended up leaving with a couple new plants :) staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on plant identification and plant care-- they even filled out plant care cards for me to take home to set me up for success 100% recommend visiting if you're in the downtown area; will definitely be returning for more plant babies in the future :')

People are friendly and plants are very healthy! Selection is a bit sparse in winter but still good.

Cute shop with lots of handmade goods, gifts, and plant varieties. Love the ceramic mushroom pots.

This is a great store that exudes love for Chicago everywhere. You'll find some stuff local to…read morethese far west suburbs as well, but a lot of the stuff has Chicago-specific themes to it (for instance, the Chicago flag). They have t-shirts, blankets, coasters, glasses, hats, wall art... you name it, you might find it. It's a great place for Chicago souvenirs or just for those who love the city (and most people around here love their city) and its environs to find something for themselves. I saw some things that looked familiar and that's because they were from Tori Grace Outfitters, a local artist whom I love (check out her Chicago icon pajamas, they're great!). The place is super packed but we were able to navigate well enough with strollers. But being packed to the gills just means it's that much more likely you'll find just the thing you're looking for. I ended up with a Swiftie t-shirt for my kiddo because my friend handed it to her and then she would not part with it. The employees were friendly and talkative, and one of them I think was the owner. I liked the store a lot and as I said, it's a great place for souvenirs. I don't live close to Geneva but that's the only reason I wouldn't shop here. If I had known about the place before I went home a few weeks ago, I probably would have visited because I was looking for a place to get some souvenirs for my friends kids, and may keep them in mind for the next visit home for exactly that reason.

The people who run this store are very nice and helpful. Good quality clothing, coasters, and…read moreeverything there is great. definitely recommend this store for little gifts.
