We ended up getting there just as someone else took the Pilot we had our heart on was driving off. We were disappointed but not a big deal. If it doesn't happen, there is a reason. We looked at the 2016 they had on the lot and took it for a test drive. God works in mysterious ways. This car has been a dream come true! New tires, alignment, amazing condition, We have had minimal issues from this car. We drive all over the east coast in this car. Mid-Towne financed and we went with their warranty. The warranty through Allstate is simple to use. Well worth the money. When we are looking for another car, I hope Mid-Towne has what we are looking for. Amazing people to work with.

I have tried to report them to the BBB and they are not even a reputable company to report, I have also filed a claim with the Ohio General's Office due to this " dealer" selling a vehicle with MAJOR STRUCTURAL FRAME DAMAGE and 3 weeks after I had this vehicle I was having engine trouble, took it into Ford for them to tell me the entire small block needs replaced over $7000.00 in damage! I reached out to the " dealer" he informed me " he knows a guy to do that cheaper" probably the same place that makes these cars SEEM sellable!!!!!!!!!!!
