I was…read morecontacted by the dealership and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction with regard to the finance person misleading me into signing a contract that was much too high due to his adding an extended warranty, which resulted in the need for Gap Insurance. The contract was re-written with the lower dollar amount, saving me over $70 a month on my payment. (After him telling me removing the extended warranty and gap insurance wouldn't lower my payment at all.) Now if I can get something done about the mechanic who evaluated my trade-in and lied about it having an oil leak around the head gasket (it doesn't).

I remembered their helpfulness and went back July 2023 when my main car starting squealing. They installed a new serpentine belt and checked over the car in general. They could have tried to upsell me and did not. They did recommend 2 rear tires (which I will have to get elsewhere). They come across as honest and genuine to me. I will go back.

You really can't find that in a shop these days because everyone else is looking to upsell on maintenance that could wait or just to line their pockets. Went over and talked with the manager, Justin, and he made us feel very confident that we would be well taken care of with our car being serviced here. We were so happy with the diagnosis that did not cost a fortune to fix! Car is cooling nicely and one other item taken care for a light that was displayed on the dash. I had requested a written estimate which they sent to us after diagnosing and that is exactly what we paid when picking the car up. Now we will use this place for both of our cars for service since we were so well take care of for service required. In February, we decided it was time to open it, and half way through it wouldn't go any further. It wouldn't close or open any further. We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. And we are stuck with a top that doesn't work...and out $3000. Now you know why I gave them a one. 04/14/2025. Issue has been resolved.
