However, since 2018 or 2019, there was a noticeable change. On Easter 2021, I took my car there to be looked at. The battery in my car was going dead overnight, even after purchasing a brand new one. They had my car until the end of July, 2021, and STILL had not found the cause. Luckily, I could borrow my father's car when I needed to. But can you imagine if this were my only transportation?!? How could they expect me to go close to 4 months without my car? Finally, I went to pick it up and took it somewhere else. The other repair shop found the issue in 4 hours, tops. I had to return to Bob Sumerel's because the brand new battery they sold me had gone dead, but it was still under warranty. When I told him that the other business found the problem within a few hours, all he said was "hmm". I never got an apology for how long they had my car. In addition, their prices seem to be very expensive.
