We had emails tracking the new address, but they go by the original form you mail in because their staff won't keep track of customers and the discussions. They talk as if they are literally bots who can only respond to what is provided as a script. The manager was not available to speak. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Their negligence will cost us over $8K in fees, transportation and hotels as our entire application got rejected due to the delays.

My mother and I went inside this alleged law office which is located next to two bars and shows you…read morethe type of people they really are to inquire about a labor issue my mother was having because there was a sign on their door stating that they do legal labor issues as well as accidents. Then when we walked in, this stuck up secretary that thinks she's all that told my mother with an attitude that they don't do that any more and that there was no lawyer that handles those types of cases. They only care about accidents or sickness. This girl who has long black hair and obviously has the education of a person who shops at the GAP was basically blowing us off and immediately left. But the real question, is if you don't do labor law as part of your service then why do you even have it listed in the first place. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING and by the way the owner looks, he looks like he'd do anything to screw anyone over to get clients. I would be extremely careful going into this office or any office like this around this area because you'd be wasting your time and you'd be losing out in the end. Especially for immigrants. My mother and I have already found another lawyer to look into her case which is alot more classy than this low class garbage. Do you think they really care? Don't bet on it. Garbage is garbage and low class is low class. GINARTE is definitely that.
