My car was backed into while parked at work. I went to show Rueben he bought the parts and told me when to bring the car. I couldn't get a rental because of the car situation in our area. He sent the parts back and we rescheduled 3 weeks later (the soonest a rental was available). The work was perfect and the paint blending was excellent. my Car was in a front end collison to the driver side fender and front bumper was damaged and grille insert. I guess the grille insert that came didn't fit correctly with the new bumper and it caused a gap that wasn't up to my standard. so I had to bring the car back and bill one of the owners that there took care of me and was able to get another grille insert and now the front bumper fits perfect. I just wish it was done right the first time that's why I'm giving 4 stars read more

This shop doesn't over charge, provides amazing customer service, and is a trust worthy repair facility. If you live in the north jersey area, I highly recommend them. I do not know these guys from Adam, but was stunned with Rubin's honesty -- not something you hear very often about the auto repair biz. I had four bids to fix my 2010 Honda Odyssey's broken bumper and keyed mirror. Every shop gave me a bid in the $1,500 - $2,000 range. Rubin looked at the car, said I was crazy to spend that money when he could repair the bumper and fix the mirror since the car had 80k miles on it. His bid was $90 and the work was great!!!! He also touched up some scratches to boot. Given the high tech look of his huge facility, and his honesty, I would go to Clifton Collision in a heartbeat if and when I need body work done on my newer cars. I won't expect that price again, but that kind of honesty in the auto body racket is rare so I'd trust whatever bid he gave me. read more

The customer service is as good as it gets. They work as your advocate with insurance companies to ensure that your car is repaired as good as new. They are extremely friendly and offer excellent advice. Nobody wants to take a car to an auto body shop, but, this is North NJ and stuff happens.
