First off, Tiana is amazing. As a pretty new pet owner (I have a cat and a kitten), she has completely eased all of my stresses and worries when I go out of town for multiple days. She's great at communicating with you when she does stop by to check on the my cats and she gives a summary of what she did and what the cats did. He was very thorough right from the beginning, making sure he knew where all of their food was, how to use the litter box, etc. He came by as we discussed to check on my cats, sent me a detail update of how they were doing along with pictures of them on each visit. Tiana and her husband Daniel were the BEST! We have had many dog sitters, but not ever like Tiana. She went above and beyond our expectations and we feel so lucky to have found her. We have two Aussies and we just moved to Costa Mesa, and shortly after moving we went on a week long trip. We were nervous about finding someone new since they are not dogs that just warm up to people easily. We were devastated when our previous dog sitter moved out of state and we struggled to find someone who was both trustworthy and available. It was such a relief when Tiana and Daniel came for the initial consultation. We have three big dogs and two of them are skittish and jumpy. They weren't put off at all. Daniel has stayed with our dogs three times now. Each time, the dogs are happy to see him and he spends extra time with our extra sensitive dog when he first arrives to let her get comfortable again. The dogs are always well cared for when we get home. On top of that, he has been really respectful of our home and has kept in touch with us while we are away, sending pictures and letting us know if anything is off with the dogs. My boyfriend and I just moved to Costa Mesa, and we needed someone to watch our cat for a few days. I was hesitant to have a stranger come in to our home and trust them with our cat, but Daniel and Tiana quickly made me feel at ease. They came over to meet me and also get familiar with my cat beforehand and learn where everything is and the daily routine. Tiana is awesome. We have a hundred pound pit bull and he just looooves her. Before we met Tiana we had to board Adonis at Petsmart anytime we went out of town. He would get anxiety, his eyes would become red, and ultimately he was out of his comfort zone. Also, when he was boarded there were no updates through out the day from his care givers. No pictures, or texts, or phone calls letting us know how our baby was doing. Since we met Tiana we have actually left our dog at home when traveling and she has come everyday to feed him breakfast & dinner, walk him and even check on him before bed! Included in this are his daily pictures and updates on how he's doing. Adonis never gets anxiety anymore because he can stay in the comfort of his own house. Usually she'll come over and find him fast asleep on our bed. Where can I begin...Tiana has become more than our dog walker, she's like family! She's been walking our terrier mix and chihuahua mix every week for almost two years, and we wouldn't use anyone else. Our dogs are high strung, high maintenance little guys, and I've always been paranoid about letting anyone walk them because they tend to pull/bark/generally go crazy when encountering other dogs, skateboarders, etc. Tiana won them over right away, and has done a great job keeping them in line and calm on walks. She's a joy to be around, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their pets.
