My daughter invited me to stay the night in Santa Barbara Fri to Sat. I reached out to Tatiana to see if she was able to fit in my cat's feeding with other duties as it was a long weekend. To my surprise, she didn't even hesitate and instantly agreed. She was very punctual for our first meet and greet. That gave me comfort that she would be on time for the feeding schedule. I left her written instructions and Tatiana followed them like it was a military operation. She asked a lot of questions which demonstrated that she was not only there for the task at hand, but was there for the wellbeing of my pet. While I was away, Tatiana text me to let me know she had arrived. She sent photos of my pet eating. She left all the supplies as organized as I had left them. She closed the door to my gate as I had instructed her. Heck, she even chopped a chord of firewood for the winter! [Hahah...I don't have a chimney]. My cat's came running to me when she heard the car pull up to the house. But she stopped short when she saw me get out. She had that "OH, it's YOU" look on her face. My dog Amigo isn't always the easiest to handle because if he doesn't trust the "leader" or isn't in the right environment, he can become unruly and bite people. When I first met her, I had to read her the riot act about my dog. After telling her about all his troubles, she was still willing to meet us. I had the best experience with Tatiana taking care of my dog while I was away for 4 days. Her house is designed in a very thoughtful way into a big and small dog section. It also looks like the dogs have plenty of room to roam. I was nervous about being away from my dog for so long as this was the longest I had been away. Tatiana sent me videos and pictures frequently to keep me occupied. My dog was very happy and healthy when I picked him up. What amazed me is he seemed to have more confidence when I brought him home. Whereas before he had separation anxiety whenever I left the room, now he seems to be comfortable on his own. I've called on Tatiana a few times for walking my dog as well as a few overnights. I've been happy with the service and love how he's tired when he gets home. It assures me he got enough exercise while he was with her. Last minute we had to find a place to take our neurotic, rescue dog while we went on a weekend trip to a family wedding. A friend wasn't able to take care of him at the last minute. I was new to Highland Park and needed a last minute place to board my small doxie mix, Daisy. I never take the time to write these reviews but I know people struggle to find good care for their pets and want to make sure they know about Tatiana...she is nothing short of AMAZING!!! Unfortunately I travel regularly and as a result have to board my energetic Labradoodle on a regular basis. Will admit he is slightly spoiled but can not even imagine dropping him off at any sort of kennel - even if cage free. Tatiana not only comes and picks my dog and drops him off according to sometimes very odd flight schedules, she keeps him entertained non-stop (which is not easy). I have now officially dubbed it Camp Tatiana. Tatiana is very thoughtful and goes way beyond what most pet sitting services would do (e.g. my puppy recently had an upset tummy while I was away due to a new food we were trying, she not only let me know how he was doing but cooked him up some rice to help it settle down).
