My dog has been professionally trained, and Nicole understood how important it was for me that he not be allowed to slip back into bad habits (pulling, lunging, reactivity), which ultimately leads to a breakdown in his training. We have been using The Pet Groupies for over a year now, and this service is the absolute best. The service is so convenient. It's so easy to schedule/reschedule walks using the online scheduler. The walkers are incredibly reliable - I never have to worry if a walker is going to show up. The walkers scan a code on a magnet (we have ours on are fridge) so you get an email when the walkers arrive and leave. The email you get at the end of the visit includes a photo and lets you know if your dog went "Number 1," "Number 2," or both. Want to see where your dog walked? You can check that online too as it is linked to the walker's phone. Your invoice gets emailed to you every week, and you can pay it using Venmo. It could not get any easier than this. The best part? You can tell by the little note and the photo that the walkers send at the end of their visit that each of them genuinely cares for your dog. Nicole hires wonderful people. To know that my dog is getting a walk, a treat, and a little love everyday while I'm at work is really priceless to me. But in this case, I get that peace of mind at a very reasonable price.
