The apparent owner is manipulative and deceitful. He quotes a price and time and pushes time back…read moreand increases price at his will. He is not on site, and neither are their parts. He has a representative do the initial quotes and then comes in later and tries to upswell you on buying a different phone instead of repairing your original. He took our phone, told us it was in the back and he was working on it. When we asked for phone back because his practices were so obviously shady and deceptive, he couldn't give it to us. There are plenty of other phone repair shops and I would strongly encourage everyone to go to anywhere else but here.
