    Verizon corporate office handled my investigation/complaint against this Verizon Hurst location perfectly - so I decided to open a second line the other day and invest in another nex phone with Verizon and pick it up at the same Hurst location - I placed my order - paid $207 ( my fee because I had reach my extended credit limit and selected the same phone but in a different color. This store cancelled my order and did not call me to see if I wanted something else and I still haven't received my $207 that I put towards purchasing my new phone. So, I called Verizon and the representative told me the phone that I initially ordered has always been at this store- so they don't know why my order was cancelled. Verizon corporate office has reopened this case and is investigating this situation now

    Why am I still on the phone waiting for someone to pick up? Getting close to 30 minutes. But hey?! It's hurst. Update. My dad went in today, while I was at work, and the person who was helping him did not explain how to use the device or help him with his new phone. So he walked out upset and went back again to get help from the manager that sold him the phone. Tomorrow we shall return the phone and just pay the restocking fee. I do not recommend this location. The only good employee there is the manager herself.

    I love trying new Target stores in different areas. While some are similar, none are identical…read more This one certainly didn't disappoint! The first thing I noticed was the substantially larger grocery area than other Super Targets in the area. Along with that came a better selection of both dry and fresh foods and beverages. Their in-stocks were also excellent, something some of their counterparts have been struggling with lately. I also noticed this location, for some reason, had a disproportionately large selection of products geared toward male guests. I found grooming products in a special men's section that I've never seen in a Target before. I also found that the guys' apparel area was notably larger than other stores in the area. In addition they have a much more interactive and wide ranging electronics department. The store is big and clean with plenty of staff. Definitely a win!

She rolled her eyes at me and said she'll be sure to let somebody know. RIGHT While I only have three items which means I qualify for the new target, we don't trust you line. The line was so long it was unbearable. They only have one register open in this entire store. It is so sad and ridiculous if I did not need to get these things for my dad I would've walked out of the store. If that's not enough, the toilet paper in the women's restroom on several of the stalls is nonexistent. I was able to find a few filthy rules on the floor when I ask one of the associates that she could call somebody because they needed to put toilet paper and she rolled her eyes at me .

At first they were very helpful, but very expensive. They were happy to help me out with free cell boosters for my house. But 3 years later, during the pandemic, after I fell and had a herniated disk, their caring turned despicable. I went to the former Sprint store, where the customer service and knowledge was much better. I HAD to stay at home bc I couldn't leave my house bc of intense pain and disability. No, I didn't have friends to take me and was relegated to a special transportation city bus, that was terrible at dropping off and picking you back up again. Pathetic. Then, in October 2020, I started receiving refurbished only cell phones that only lasted 2 WEEKS. I finally was rescued by one of my daughters who brought me back to Texas, with much better health care and doctors. I am getting better finally. I'm with a different company now and am happier with better service and devices Also, any cell service in AR will be pathetic bc of all the hills and mountains. We lost service multiple times heading to the main Interstate leaving the state. I cheered when we hit the state line. Maybe they are better elsewhere, but not in AR. Don't know if anyone else is better.

    Absolutely DO NOT go to Star Power, DO NOT!…read more Marc Block, manager, poor customer service. Built new home. Spent $60K on appliances. Example with $3.5K Napoleon grill. Marc recommended despite not being familiar with the product, which he eventually admitted to me. Great feeling. He helped design the outdoor kitchen so understood it was permanent and natural gas. Regardless, sold me propane so it doesn't work. My outdoor kitchen including masonry and taj mahal countertops was custom made to fit the specific Napoleon grill so expensive to switch and redo. It took 4-6 weeks between Napoleon and Marc to understand it was propane and needed a regulator. Still didn't work. I repeatedly requested a Napoleon rep come service the grill. No service and Marc simply referred me to Napoleon's national call center. Took another 4-6 weeks to finally learn from Napoleon, not Marc, that he sold me propane and therefore I also needed a conversion kit from propane to natural gas; AND if it had been natural gas, I wouldn't need the regulator or the conversion kit. Napoleon refused to sell me the conversion kit. Instead of doing the RIGHT THING and replacing the grill with natural gas, Star Power graciously offered to provide me the $26 conversion kit. I declined. After 3 more weeks of endlessly calling a number of diamond dealers, I still don't have a conversion kit. I'm done with Star Power and Napoleon! We just moved into our new home, and it's been 3 months and I still don't have grill. Absolutely Pathetic! Won't bother the other problems.
