We have to unplug our TVs at night so we can watch them without constant buffering and leaving what you were watching all by itself. Spectrum is just so bad. Don't bother even at their rates it not worth. I'm at Crosstown @ chapel Hill and our Mgmt Co is Brookfield.

I asked why they did not tell me that an hour ago when I first arrived, and they said "We can't tell customers about our stock", yet also said "Maybe if you had called earlier we could have told you". I am beyond pissed, and will be leaving Verizon once I move. These clowns need to be replaced.

When my mom went to activate her account here they did not do it correctly & when she had this problem & tried to go for help they did nothing. Said they couldn't do anything because it was a "billing" issue & they don't handle that stuff. We went to an "actual" AT&T store & one of the representatives finally helped us fix a problem that this AT&T retailer created! P.S when we came in no one greeted or helped us it wasn't until a group of people came in & were greeted & attended before us & the people realized we had been waiting before they came in & allowed for us to be attended first. after 20+ years with Spectrum (plenty to complain about)... i will never complain about them again…read more i went with Frontier after they dug our priviate road for fiber. got 2GB for $74... much cheaper AND faster than Spectrum. again, it only took a month for me to experience the Frontier customer service nighmare first hand. chat with some indian representative who didn't understand my questions... 45 minute wait to talk live with (again) indian representative who didn't understand what i ment by "brick & mortar store to return my equipment". another 30 minute wait for U.S. representative who said he would send out technician. ok, bad enough but having to reboot my fiber connection every 40 minutes for the last 3 days pushed me over the edge. it's garbage company with garbage business plan.... save your money AND time... stick with whoever ur using where you can get somebody on the phone first time/every time.... We signed an agreement for bundled service at a set price that we were very happy with. Wow did the nightmares start after that. DO NOT TRUST what they have you sign. Ours turned out to be useless. He didn't run anything through correctly, ATT&T depts don't let you email what you signed, they just tell you what they can see on their end. We spent no less than 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks with dept after dept in a bureaucratic mess. I felt bad for the call center people who tried very hard but are stuck with what they are allowed to do even when they try to fix it and understand the ridiculousness of what happened. They said it's an issue with these neighborhood sales. You are taking a bet that any of it will actually stick. The useless contract you sign doesn't seem to go beyond their tablets. They either have to enter the deals they promised you later or you will just get a zero discounted, way more than whatever company you gave up, crazy bill. And then another and another in a short time. I am looking clearly at exactly what we signed but no one can do anything about it. And they do not accept emails. Minimum 2 hours at a time on the phone. Almost every day. Told repeatedly it's being escalated. Only to start over with the next agent/higher dept. Never fixed. No accountability. Ghosted by the manager who only left us with a girl he was training's number. She (Areli) seemed sweet but stopped responding when I said the department I was talking to was asking for his full name and contact information so they could clear this up. He clearly told her not to give it. Left decades with Verizon for this absolute nightmare that we still can't get out of.

I've been to this location as a customer three times and all three there were different people…read more They all were unprofessional rude, and lacking the proper training/requirements for the job. They'll send you away with some excuse if you come in like two hours before closing, they don't try helping and if your problem is too much of an inconvenience for them to handle; they'll be absolutely rude with an uncalled-for attitude until you want to leave. I've run out of chances to give this location.
