    AT&T Internet is the most irresponsible company ever and don't care about anyone. I have a hole in my backyard that they made 3 month ago and we have call them several time to come fix it, they said I need and account nonsense. I am not a client they just ask for permission and said it was a quick fix. I am not a client, I left them long ago after they acquire BellSouth after they lower my internet speed and claim my own modem as their even when I paid full price for it to BellSouth. I always payed early and 1 time my bill was delayed in the mail they charge me a late fee. Now I have a big hole in my backyard for 3 month that looks horrible and taking space. Next time AT&T ask for permission to enter my backyard I will tell them I am not a client and will never be. I will tell them how good of a company they are and recommend they sell the company to someone else. Customer service is a complete waste of time. Even the supervisors are super rude and useless.

    The rating of 1 star is only because this is the lowest rating possible. Today at 8 AM the AT&T technicians dug up my lawn without advising me that they would be on my property to install new fiber optic wiring. The technicians left garbage and debris all over the swale, totally unacceptable and unsanitary, see pictures below.

    I have AT&T since 2016, I never needed more than 25MB/s, so I took the basic service, but I only have that speed via Ethernet, They changed once the Router because I had Internet blackout every day that problem get fixed but the speed never improved. Now almost 2020 my average speed is 9MB/s. That is under Haiti, Cameroon, Somalia and some other third world countries according to: https://www.speedtest.net/global-index If you call them they try to sell you more band width, even if they are unable to just provide what you already paid for. I'm calculating the steps to migrate to another provider very soon. By the way, I live in Miami Beach, it is not a rural area or something to justify the bad service. I hope this could be useful for somebody to take an informed decision before to choose a Internet Service Provider.

    We switched to AT&T after seeing great reviews/commercials but it was a huge mistake.

    Getting download and upload speeds of about 12mbps on 1000mbps AT&T Fiber. What a nightmare!

    watch their billing!!!!! they overcharged us $249 and only refunded $49!!! they are thieves that cannot be trusted!!!! do not use!!!!!!!

    I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience with Xfinity/Comcast has been beyond…read moreunacceptable. Out of nowhere, some random technician showed up at our property without any notice or appointment to do "some work." Not only did they leave a complete mess behind, but they also left a bunch of cables lying around -- a serious tripping and electrical hazard. To make it even worse, they left our patio gate wide open, and my dog escaped because of their negligence. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. After this chaos, our internet -- which had been working perfectly fine -- suddenly stopped working. So not only did we not ask for any service, but their unannounced "work" actually created a new problem we didn't have to begin with. Naturally, we called the company expecting them to fix their own mistake. What a nightmare that turned out to be. Hours on the phone -- getting transferred from one department to another, over and over -- with nothing but meaningless apologies and zero actual help. After nearly five hours of being bounced around, they finally scheduled another technician to come and finish the half-done job... only for us to get a call later saying it needed to be rescheduled because the technician was late. Seriously? They cause the problem, leave a hazard, lose our connection, waste an entire day of our time, and then delay the "fix" again? What a disgrace of a company. If this is what they call customer service, it's beyond broken. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to their customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Comcast/Xfinity -- you should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers.
