I only ask if you are the professional you say you are. You can Zell me 100% of the money I zelled you for diagnostic and (no repair). This will satisfy me. My overall experience was fantastic! I was called at my exact scheduled appt. time to go over the issues I had with my PC laptop. Everything was explained to me and the price of the installation and the parts were very reasonable. I also love there is flexibility of the pick up/drop off of the device with this company. The laptop was fixed quicker than I expected and I was contacted as soon as it was ready. My laptop was 100% fixed I had no more problems. Renan was quite responsive by phone initially and made it easy for me to schedule an appointment with him. He was willing to provide an on-site visit to my home office to trouble shoot my issue and provided me an upfront fee quote for this service. He arrived on time with all his tools of trade and ready to work. He quickly got hands-on and fixed my dual monitor issue in less than 5 minutes all while being very friendly and educating me on the value of having an external backup drive (he even offered a few brand recommendations). I was very pleased with his service and feel good to know I can call on Renan and know he can pick up the phone or respond by text to trouble shoot my issue. If there were 0 stars that's what I would give. My ipad started jumping screens without reason. Price of the Service fee was demanded before he would look at the ipad. Turns out the Service fee is not deducted from the repair fee which was excessive. Since he already had my ipad, I agreed to his verdict to change my screen which was not broken. When he told me the charge would be $250 not incl the service fee I argued that this would bring me to a price higher than the cost of a new one. Nevertheless I paid since I needed the info stored. Guess what? it didn't include restoring my info. Renan offered to come help me do this regardless he had my apple login info, but only after I asked disclosed that this would cost $150 hourly. Listen, I would have put this behind me had it not turned out, the real problem never was the screen, it was the button. Since I was away and more than a month passed, he refused to take any responsibility for the mis-repair which by the way changing the screen cancelled out the fingerprint option. Beware. read more

If I could give a negative star review I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I called "24/7" computer guy for assistance with connecting two monitors to a MacBook. Initially, I thought it would be a great experience considering the company's owner contacted me quickly and said he could be at my location the same day. However, when when he got here he was only able to hook up one screen and said that he didn't have all the materials need to hook it up even though I had asked if he had everything f he needed prior to scheduling, to which he he said, yes. He suggested that I purchase what I need it through Amazon and explain how to connect it myself. I didn't really think it was a big deal since it seemed to look easy based on what he showed me. Two days later I received the stuff from Amazon. I tried to make the connection but it did not work. I immediately called and text "24/7" Computer guy. Although it did take him a little bit to respond, I was okay with it considering I knew he probably was busy. I left a message. The owner of the company later responded to my text and said that he would be able to assist me remotely, which I was okay with. He said to give him an hour. I waited and nothing. I went about my day and later that evening received a text message from the owner stating that he could help me at that moment. I responded by saying that it was later that evening and I was already busy with something else but that if he could provide me with a good day and time that that we both are available so we can proceed with finishing the project. The owner of the company responded with, "he does not know his schedule therefore, he can't tell me when he's available." I was appalled with his response and responded with, okay but I need to have everything working since I 1. Already paid him for full service and 2. I am working from home and these items connected. I also explained to him that I am not an IT person who can figure out how to hook it up. He stated that he would call me the next morning. The following day came and at around 11:30 AM I decided to call again. No answer so I decided to send another message. I didn't get a respond until 5-6 hours later. At that point I told the owner that this was very unprofessional and I needed some type of assistance otherwise for him to refund me partial payment so I may hire somebody else to finish the job. He again said he would be available ASAP to which I said, okay and that I would wait an hour. The hour came and again nothing. My last message to the owner of the company was stating that I am again requesting for him just partially refund me the money so I can hire someone else. To date no response. As of today, both of the screens are not working and I am unable to use them. I have tried contacting the business owner and no response. My suggestion to anyone trying to hire this company, is to stay away and not hire him. Horrible experience, unprofessional, no work ethics, and no clear communication. read more

I highly recommend Renan the Computer Guy. He called me right away when I requested repairs for my laptop, and was able to fix it and have it back to me , with improvements (!), within 3 days. He was very professional and took time to explain to me what needed to be done and why. He has alot of expertise, and I feel I received quality work for a reasonable price. My laptop had quite a few issues with it, the screen was cracked, keys didn't work, it couldn't stand upright, and the battery was completely dead. 24/7 computer Guy had it as good as new, and was also very professional.
