When I questioned him about his claims, he said "that's what I get when I run a test on your location". What a load of garbage. And in one year, we had at least 4 outages of service of at least 72 hours. And when you are lucky enough to get Mike on the phone, he just says "I'm working on it, what else do you want me to do?" Ridiculous! Best thing I did was cancel this waste of money... what a ripoff for $59 per month.

We were thinking of switching for a better deal that another carrier offered, but as a long-time Verizon customer, and no complaints on service, even though we live in the country, we were very pleased with the plan, and our entire experience today.
