Absolutely the WORST AT&T location in Central La. The workers and management are Rude & very unprofessional ! I had an issue with a line that was added to my account, Since they are a corporate location I was referred to them to see if they were able to help. The lady who helped me was extremely rude not only to me but to the other sales agent she contacted over the phone ! Ripoff from start to end. Bunch of bull. Promised $800 upgrade, have been jerking us around. Currently my husband has been on the phone now for over 2 hours with 1 after the other customer service ofcourse still yanking our chain. They lied. They straight up still trying to get away with not honoring our upgrade. Beware. Don't choose ATT . As far as im concerned, we will pay these phones off and go with another company. read more

Started off great but unfortunately I'm very disappointed in the level of service I received from this store. I came in do upgrades and added a line to my account of 19 years with ATT. I did my research before purchasing and told the sales representative specifically what i wanted was 256gb storage since i already have the storage on my old phone and turns out i got a smaller storage on the new phone. Called next day told me there was nothing they can do about it besides paying restocking fee and getting a new phone. Call Corp they sent me a label to mail phone back and said they store could handle it and i could still get my new phone just have to pay taxes on new device again and they would credit taxes on the wrong phone. Store told me couldn't ship phone off or wave the return fee not mention anything about activation fees on my business account. After reading previous complaints about this location it's amazing how they keep the same staff with poor customer service. I wish i could speak with a district manager because i know there is more than can do for their customers and keeping customer loyalty. Especially when the representative made the mistake and i have to pay for it is clearly ridiculous. At this point i want to cancel all four my lines and pick another provider!!! read more

If I could could give a -10 on this store I would. We went into this store for a new phone. They were told to not touch our plan at all other than a new phone. They, under the table, made a change and claimed we ok'd it but we never did. It is costing and extra $5 a month and they claim it can't be undone. They get bonuses for doing so. They lied about that. I told them do not touch it. Now they set me up a new internet air, previously $35 a month, promising me a new price of $47, with promotions. Nope they lied again. $60 a month now and nothing can be done without closing the account and waiting 5 to 7 days to "hopefully" get it in with promotions. Oh the manager was "so so nice" in the store, but now avoids calls and evidently hides out when you ask for her. This is the biggest joke of a store ever. The supervisor I spoke with for over and hour, on ATT, has been trying to help fix it but just like before, the system will not let him override what they did. This is just crazy. Like I told him, as a consumer, we are at their mercy because we have no other choices in our area. 2 other stores, one in the same area and another out of state, added the NEXT plan on 2 new phones when they were told no, do not add it. It is constant with this company. Just like our energy company, we have no options. THIS IS SO WRONG. AS AMERICANS WE SHOULD HAVE OPTIONS FOR NEEDED UTILITIES. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! I went to this AT&T location on Aug 12 2024 to make a payment on my wireless account. I was using cash to make the payment but I was lied to by one of the 4 agents who said that she couldn't take my cash payment due to a cash restriction placed on my account. DO NOT go to this location! They made it very inconvenient for me by not taking my cash payment. If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would because of the level of unprofessionalism and sheer laziness on the part of the 4 agents that were present. The agent that was "supposed to be " helping me went right in front of the store and began to "chain smoke". She never came back inside to offer any assistance. After waiting over 15 minutes on the phone with ATT who the agent should have called, I left. The next morning I called 611 and spoke to an ATT rep on the phone The rep confirmed that the agent was lying about not being able to take my cash payment and the restriction. I went my local ATT store afterwards and paid with cash with no problems. The moral of the story is if you want to be told a LIE straight to your face come to this location at 1800 MacArthur Dr in Alexandria, LA. read more

No one in this store seems to know what they are doing. They're all in oblivious to new customers that walk through the door. I ask for help and this girl acts like I am inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job.....and she walks off and doesn't bother to make an attempt to help. I would understand if the store was busy, ITS NOT AT ALL. They apparently just have better stuff to do. read more

I'm a customer looking to try and switch over to another service provider. I've tried to reach a couple of people that I know to assist me with some info and they responded back to me within 48 hours so I called the store where the woman was rude, short and unprofessional. They don't need anymore business because they can't take care of what they have. After a few questions she started talking to me about what I could get once my credit was run. Really? You may need to cover that with those that have credit issues but not professional over the phone....your pre-qualifying and you don't even have the customer in the store. I will do business elsewhere just like they would do me if I treated them that way. read more

I have yet to have a decent experience in this store. The most incompetent employees I have ever delt with. Went in 4 months consecutively to fix the same issue and its still not fixed. Just decided it wasnt worth it and decided to pay the difference. They intentionally neglected information from my father during a sale and it ended up costing a monthly charge and upon return they charged a fee and didnt inform him of these fees during the sell. Had a manager (Tiffany) walk away while working through an issue after requesting her help because the employee wasnt able to fix the problem. 1 star is being generous to this store. Would be long gone if we werent under contracts. read more

The wait is horrible . Just watched a rep stand at stable for ten minutes then walk up to the lady who had got here before I did and he just acted like he just got done doing something when all he was doing was standing around talking to his co workers . I have watched a few of the workers just sit on their phones since I got here almost 20 minutes ago . Very poor service . read more

This place has the worst service I have ever seen I was told 5 min wait for them to print out a copy of my contact that they was supposed to email me 2 month ago was told 3 times they emailed me the copy. Looks like 6 employees here and only 2 helping customer I seen 6 to 8 people get up and walk out because they have teen there for a while and they had an alarm going off and I think the employees there are all deaf I'm thinking Verizon my get my business back I drove 38 miles to the at&t Store in Oakdale and they where great read more

Quite possibly the worst AT&T location there is. Staff is extremely rude. They will literally have 2 to 3 employees standing around on their phones while there's around 6 to 7 people in line to be waited on. read more
