Jeremy came out to speak to my husband and I, check out the home, hear out our concerns, and understand our needs. He immediately came up with a game plan to tackle our issues and saved us a ton. (We had previously paid Gunn Electric to come out to do the same. They charged us $400 to come out and look around, promised to come right back to do the work and never did.) Jeremy and Brian Electric were extremely professional, kept in contact with us throughout the process, and when they hit difficulties and problems, came up with alternate solutions, got the job done when they said and Stuck to the price they said even though it meant after supplies and labor the would only break even. We will definitely use them for our other electric needs as they arise and would recommend them to anyone. Calling the company, Jeremy coming out to our home, the crew they sent: All great! Apparently the cable boxes are quite cheap and shoddy. We had to bring it in to this store for a replacement, and waited in a line nearly out the door, having arrived ten minutes after opening. When I asked why the line is so long and the service is so slow, I was told the computers were out. This is the exact same excuse I was given two years prior when I encountered a long line. Are they making it up? What is going on Optimum?
