So my experience with this location started 2 years ago (as a headsup, I am now on year 3 of…read moreservice). 2 years ago when I first called, I was waiting in line to pick my kiddo up from school; I literally called only because I wanted information, I made sure to let the rep know (because I didn't want to waste their time, but wanted them to know I just wanted information and that there was a possibility that a sale would NOT come from this). They were super kind about it and we probably spent about 20 minutes going back and forth- me with all my questions, and Monica with all her answers (and patience). The call went so well that I decided I would come in and just see what Verizon could ACTUALLY be able to provide me (deals, plans, prices, devices, etc.) Monica was a stand-out employee. As we were sitting there figuring everything out, my kiddo and I were having our side-conversations about things, and that's when Monica realized and suggested we look into adding a connected tablet (not only would I be able to implement and integrate it's use into my business, but kiddo would be able to play Fortnite whenever and wherever we were (Fortnite was LIFE for him and his buddies at the time, so yeah, it only made sense to add such a powerful device at such little cost). Having been in sales before, being in business currently, I respected and appreciated the way Monica listened and suggested, never pressing or pushing- I never once felt like a dollar-sign/account. A simple 20 minute call turned to a full-blown new client. And now we skip to today, 2026. Last week I decided I needed to add some services, and was playing with the app. Since I accidentally left stuff in my cart, Verizon picked it up and had a service agent call and asked if I wanted help...I did, but I'd rather speak to someone I know wouldn't see me simply as an additional account- SO, I checked to see if Monica was still at the same location...SHE WAS! So of course, she took all my questions AGAIN. Answered every doubt I had, and again, I headed straight to the Verizon store. The staff here is very friendly; the gentleman at the front desk immediately jumped up to greet me, I let him know I was there to speak with Monica and he connected me with her. So now, here we are with additional services, and extremely happy to still be with Verizon. The service is great, whether we head down South, or up North, we always have service on our phones and tablet. Home internet speeds are always phenomenal (there was one time where we had issues at home, but I wasn't there. Grandparents called asking for help, and I was able to fix everything straight from my phone, I loved it!). But most importantly, I know that Monica and her team here the American Canyon branch has the best in mind for their customers. I will continue to stay with them, and will continue to give them my business.

I've been to amazing T-Mobile stores where the customers service was like a dream (five stars…read moreplus). I've been to dismal T Mobile stores. Where customer service was still learning how to speak a human language. This particular store is somewhere in between. I had reason to drop in because Tmobile was running this cute little special, where if you just popped into the store, they would give you a free pair of T mobile gloves, suitable for use with touchscreens. I noticed the Covid precautions were in effect. customers were asked not to touch the inventory but to allow the staff to hand them what they want. Nice! Since I was there, I decided to try and catch up. It didn't seem like any of the new pricing plans would be competitive with the one I already have. I'm not sure how much of a hassle it would be to upgrade because I haven't done that in ages, the old T-Mobile deal still beats the new Tmobile deals.

He pointed me to the correct place to get an OEM factory replacement screen (not Ebay!) and installed it quickly and correctly for a very competitive price compared to other people I messaged. Would recommend. I attached a pic of my old busted screen. No point in attaching one after it got fixed, just google "picture pixel 9 pro xl" because there's no difference from the factory version.

I recently bought an open box item out of state and unfortunately it had issues so I went to Best Buy Vallejo to exchange it and purchase the new one. I explained to them my situation and showed the manager the video, he straight up said he will not accept it and sounded as if he was accusing me of breaking the computer. Why would I go out of my way to do that? I even told him it's within the 15 day return policy and it's an open box. I was willing to pay more for an exchange of a new computer. I called customer service and they suggested I mail back the computer back to Kansas where I originally bought it. I cannot wait for weeks to do that considering I'm in school. I went to another Best Buy and since I was within the 15 day policy I showed my receipt and they exchanged my computer. I paid the difference which is what I wanted to do in the first place for a NEW LAPTOP. do not waste your time here. I am never the type to write a review but that GM should not work there if this is how he's going to treat people

I've waited a day to make sure that the phone continued to WORK LIKE-NEW; it is. The phone was apparently circling the drain, function after function were going glitchy. The speaker stopped working altogether, the phone was dropping calls or declining to make calls altogether - "CALL FAILED" was it's mantra! I checked it in with Mister King and in a few hours he had it up and running smoothly. I was all set to go give APPLE more than a thousand bux for a new one: $80.00 and like I said, "LIKE NEW!" Rather rather than taking responsibility, King told me every excuse in the book which included his hardships and financial situation. As a customer standing in front of him with a non-working phone, this was the last thing I wanted to hear. I asked that he replace my original phone, now that it was useless, after his repair. King to refused. Not only that, but he began throwing a temper tantrum throwing boxes and slamming the service counter with his hand as a child would do right in front myself and a patron waiting behind me. I received a refund for the screen replacement but was now out of a perfectly operating phone which I need for my job and life. King was the cheapest, fastest and most informative of the 3 businesses I got quoted for the repair, however in the end I regret my choice to give my business to A&M. Had King taken ownership of his repair problem and was able to keep his emotions in check I would not be here writing this review. Vallejo, in general, desperately needs some high quality businesses people can count on. It's just too bad we have this instead.
