My friend recommended this place so I decided to ask my team from the radio show if I should move forward with them. We all agreed so I proceeded to order by email. The employee at Solano Print Plus was very responsive even outside of their hours of operation. They require 50% deposit before they will process your order and then it takes about 4 business days upon approval. When emailing your image to them, I recommend you send it to them in png format or pdf high resolution. They also accept payments over the phone. We ordered a 5x7 vinyl banner which totaled to $315 + tax. Not bad. For right now, their temporary business are from 9:00am to 4:00pm and closed on weekends. Pick up went smooth. 2 employees were kind enough to show me the banner before I left with it. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a vinyl banner. read more

Faren is AMAZING! I called at 8am and needed a rush job by 8:45am. She was so helpful, friendly, kind and had the customer service that calls for recognition (and promotion)! I needed programs printed for a funeral I was attending that morning and Faren was the angel I needed at that time. I had a long drive to the service and I knew that there were other customers that needed help. I told her that she didn't have to fold the programs and I can fold them during the drive. Amazing service! I was worried Sir Speedy in Vallejo went out of business but was pleased to find the same great people I've worked with all these years. They still have all my files from the past as well. They are very personable and spend time with you to make sure the job is done correctly. I hate printing online because you can't see proofs or talk to someone face to face...even if the prices somewhere online are a little cheaper you definitely get what you pay for and you're never sure if what your uploading is what's going to print right.
