The person working there even suggested I take it to a different repair shop down the road. He did offer to refund the cost of the parts, but not the labor--which feels unfair considering the phone came back with more problems than it went in with. Very disappointed with the service. I will never return and do not recommend this place to others.

He responded within 10 minutes, told me he could do it, what it would cost and said it would take 40 minutes, no appointment needed. He was close by, and his quote was much better than several others. Took it by, dropped it off, ran an errand or two and when I returned about 30 minutes late, it was done. Would highly recommend Ivan and Trufix for your next repair.
